Children will enjoy the pleasant neighborhood with little traffic, and you will appreciate the convenience of being close to local restaurants, Oaklawn horse track, and much more.

Add $35.00 a day for use of the pool that you share with the rental house next door. The pool is 16 feet in diameter 48 inches d...eep above ground.

If you need to stay connected to the outside, we offer free wireless internet connection and for a nominal fee we can supply a computer. The house has central heat and air conditioning for your comfort. Full size washer and dryer. Full kitchen with new convection oven.

Just a little over a mile away from historic downtown Hot Springs (2.3 miles from Convention center-4 miles to the Oaklawn Race Track) and bordering the lush shade of the National Park, the rustic feel of this privately located cottage home has all the modern conveniences you desire.

Take a hike up the mountain on a secluded path about a 1/2 mile down the road or drive just a few minutes down a winding road to Gulpha Gorge National Park camp ground and recreation area. If it's thrills you seek, Magic Springs Amusement Park is just an eight minute drive from your door, and it's 25 minutes to the sun and sailing of sparkling Lake Ouachita.

Based on the size of group and/or pets a security deposit may be required and will be refunded 48 hours after your stay.

  John was so helpful, and the property was in great condition. It had plenty of space for large groups.we have a 2 year old, so she could play and be as loud as she wanted (unlike a hotel.) We loved the front porch in the evenings. The house is in close proximity to all of the Hot Springs attractions! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the property.
