Built in 1998, this beautiful 2912 square foot house is great for a large family retreat or multiple couple get-together. It has plenty of room to spread out, both inside and out. Nestled away in a secluded cove, you can enjoy swimming from the dock, playing basketball in the backyard, or even a hi-def movie night in the gameroom or living room.

Located on a 0.65 acre lot, you'll have plenty of room to spread out. Swim from the dock, or tie off your boat. Play some basketball in the back yard. Enjoy all of this, while being only minutes away from a grocery store, restaurants, shopping, and attractions.
You can find many things to do nearby, such as going to a spa downtown (15-20 minutes away), horse racing at Oaklawn (15-20 minutes away), playing at Magic Springs and Crystal Falls, the local amusement park and water park (20 minutes away), digging quartz crystals outside of Hot Springs or in Mt. Ida, or even digging for diamonds at Crater of Diamonds State Park in Murfreesboro.

This is a wonderful vacation home. I stayed over an extended weekend, coming back to a clean, relaxing living space after biking, hiking, and running in the arkansas countryside.
There are plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms, and the two stories separate the house well for privacy among groups. Even with seven adults and a child in the house, it was not crowded or noisy.
The kitchen is fully stocked and easy to use. We made most of our meals at the house because it was so easy.
I didn't have a chance to use the dock or boat ramp, but they're both located very near the the house. However, the second story deck overlooking them both was a great spot to finish the day.
This is very much a home away from home, for a very comfortable vacation. -

Our family loves to meet in Hot Springs when we can and this house fits our needs perfectly. Lots of room to relax and enjoy ourselves. The basement has a game room for the kids and the deck is a wonderful place to sit and visit. Sits right on the lake with a dock to tie your boat or fish. Tired of fishing? We love the horse races and hot baths. We'll be back for sure.

I stayed at this home with friends, and we had a great time. There's a ton of space, with three bedrooms on the main floor and two on the lower level, plus the two living areas. The electronic locks are great, since you don't have to go pick up a key, and the owners are very accommodating. It's convenient to downtown and Oaklawn (about 15 minutes), and there are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and more nearby. My friends brought their one year-old, and they loved the crib, baby gates, and high chair. I'm definitely planning to go back!

Loved the layout of this house - lots of room for everyone to spread out. The walk-out basement is roomy and perfect for kids to play.
The house sits at the end of a quiet little cove with a dock for your boat and a place for fishing.
We stayed here with our kids, and another family with kids. We never felt like we were "on top of each other".
There is a huge back yard that leads to the water, plus there is a grassy field next door. The kids ran all over the place!
We felt right at home here!
