This is the second time my daughter and I have rented this lake house. The first time for a week and this time for a month. That ought to tell you how much we Love Love Love it!!!
The view from this house is beautiful. There is a dock on the lake to jump right into the water from your own back yard. Does it get any better than that?
The bedroom down stairs is only excessible by the upper deck stairs. No inside stairs. this was perfect fo us as we both had our own private space. Take Grandma and give her and the kids the upstairs and mom and dad take the downstairs. Real privacy on your vacation yeah!
It is truly a wonderful spot.
This is on the largest lake in the Village. It is close to the entrance and easy to get to once you figure it all out.
We have met most of the neabores and they are nice as can be.
On the down side it is a little down in the tooth from our last visit.A little tender loving care and a cleaning from top to bottom would make a world of difference. But do remember it is a rental.
Hot Springs(and the baths) and Little Rock are both an easy drive. My daughter and I love to dig for Crystels there also. Many many things to do in the area. You will not be disapointed. -

Everything was nice and clean. It was a little hard to find the location in Hot Springs Village. It is very easy to get turned around there. The GPS on our Iphone5 took us to a different location, but the GPS on our Iphone4 got us right there. It was a little awkward going outside the onto the back deck and then down those steps to get to the extra room. That room was a little cold, so might not want to use it in the winter.

Since it was family using it close to our house, it was great and
furnished well. Also was very clean. We had heard from others that
rented this summer that it was not clean. We were very satisfied.
They also appreciated having the washer and dryer.
Will probably want to rent again next year. -

Myself and wife had very nice relaxing stay in this unit,very nice comfortable unit and lots of space.We enjoyed the view of the lake while sitting on the patio very calmimg and relaxing and most of all the 2 hostess are very very friendly and refreshing.We always enjoy the visit with them.Thanks so much Mrs.Johanna and Mrs.Cheryl love you guys Jeno

Management seemed oblivious to reviews on website. Benches on deck were still broken when we stayed in March - noted on a December review. We reported that the dock was missing the last few boards on the bridge to cross over. They replaced them the morning we left, while we were trying to fish one last time. Needless to say hammering is not conducive to fishing. House is good shape overall, and fairly clean. Not enough trash cans. Maid leaves a tip envelope. Hmmm, I have to pay a $50 cleaning fee (not included in rent) I am asked to take out the trash and put all the dishes in the dishwasher and run it. What am I tipping the maid for again??? Management is unprofessional when you deal with them in person, they seem silly and flippant. Best feature is the view.

The townhome is located right on the lake with some really nice views. There is a small boat dock over the water. Overall the unit needs to be spruced up a bit because of the age and wear, but it is more than adequate and we enjoyed our stay. The floor plan has the master and one additional bedroom on the upper level where you enter from the street. The main living/dining/kitchen area is on that level as well. Then there is an extra suite located downstairs. The only problem with that is that you have to go through the upper level and then down the outside stairway to get to it.

My companion and I rented this unit for a long weekend of fall foilage viewing so, with only two of us, we did not use the lower bedroom apartment. You must go outside to access the apartment which may or may not be desirable depending on the situation. Areas were roomy, view was great, everything was clean, kitchen very well equiped. Need posted instruction on how to light the fireplace; TV in second bedroom was tiny (but other bedrooms and living area TVs were large); couldn't find the trash collection area when leaving. As you can see, I have to strech to find anything to complain about.

The location of this townhouse was lovely, right on the water and at the end of a cul de sac for quietness. A note should have been made in the description that the third bedroom had an outdoor access only. The problem was that the sliding glass doors on the house were so rotten that the glass was about to drop out on one so that door was not usable and you had to open the sliding doors to have access to the BR which outside and downstairs. The place was dusty and the cabinet and door knobs so sticky that I had to buy clorex wipes and actually clean all the knobs before we felt comfortable in the kitchen. The Master bed also tilted so that you felt your feet were above your head. The benches on the dock were broken and slats rotted through. With a little maintenance this place would be perfect and the glass door is a very dangerous item that needs repair to eliminate an accident. With some maintenance this place would be perfect. The view was great.
