We found the townhouse to be just what we needed. It was neat, clean, and in order. We were grateful for the size of rooms. The balcony and porch were wonderful for times of fellowship.
I actually had married a couple on the balcony of this townhouse several years before, so I knew it was just what we needed.
The privacy down on the lake is wonderful as well. -

We have stayed here twice on visits from the UK. The house is in a beautiful location next to the lake, with its own landing/deck. It is well-furnished and equipped, spotless and comfortable. We look forward to our next visit.

What a marvelous place to go to relax and enjoy the wonderful surroundings. This place has it all. Beautifully updated, gorgeous view of the lake. Great deck to sit in the morning and enjoy a cup of coffee, or in the evening sipping a glass of wine. That fact that Hot Springs Village offers many beautiful golf courses, many great lakes, and wonderful nature surrouding the Village adds to the charm and beauty of the area. After a great day of playing golf at one if the magnificent courses it feels great to come "home" to relax in such a warm and charming condo.

Usually, I would agree with the ole saying that..."a picture tells the perfect story"...but not in this case! True, this is what greets you and your family after that memorable road trip from your home to this cottage oasis! It's like getting the closest spot to the front door of your favorite restaurant as you park smack dab in front of your cabin. Yip, this is it, looks just like the photo in the ad. You hop out with key in hand and open the front door while the rest of the family is still sitting in the Suburban going "do we have to stay here for the whole week, let's go to the Embassy Suites instead"
Holding your breath, your thinking to yourself "I hope the kids and my wife are wrong, here goes nothing" You swing open the front door and immediately you are greeted with the most amazing surroundings inside and panoramic lake views outside! You turn around and announce to the kids...Kids, stay in the car, we're heading to the Embassy Suites, you were right! " But before we leave, let's all use the rest rooms as long as we're here". Wow, you are one cleaver guy, you think to yourself, they are going to have a cow when they see these digs! Sure enough, your plan worked beautifully, they all had cows, black cows in fact, and we were not about to leave this sweet find.
Check it out for yourselves and remember to set up your family for the ole "bait and switch" restroom move...works every time! -

We've stayed in this home several times and each time it has been perfect. The furnishings are lovely, the beds are comfortable, it's always spotless and the room arrangements work well for us. The teenagers get their own place downstairs. When you are out on the deck, you are surrounded by water on 3 sides.

The view was fantastic. It was so great to have an easy walk to the water's edge to jump in my kayak and tour the shoreline and small islands. The condo is so nicely and comfortably decorated you instantly feel like you are right at home. Plenty of room inside and lots of deck space outside to enjoy the trees, lake and sunshine.
Can't wait to go back!
