We rented this home for two nights for our annual trip to Hot Springs and the races. Could not have been more pleased. Great location with a view of the golf course and lake.
We will certainly rent again. -

It was a nice location, overlooking part of lake and #1 Hole and #8 Hole @ Cortez. Plenty of room.Good price for 3 days. There was a few inconveniences though.
The upstairs area was warm( was not able to get a/C to cool that area down. This made the downstairs cooler.
The 3 bdrs upstairs had a bathroom in the center,making that the exit route to the living room and front door.(One room did have a full bathroom)If you needed to use the bathroom, you had to wait for the bathroom to be empty. there were sliding doors in each room that should have allowed you to exit out into the balcony hall, but they were locked and would not open! duh. Internet was advertised as internet capable, which was only downstairs and no information on how to hook it up or use it wit laptop.
