The home is very clean and has the amenities that I feel are mandatory for any home or townhome I rent. 1. Wire- less internet. 2. King bed in the master bedroom. 3. 32 inch TV or larger. The best endorsement I can give is that we will rent this home again.

This home's curb appeal, amenities and comfort was not done any justice with the internet pictures and descriptions! This home by far was more than we expected! Quiet street in the woods with the golf course directly behind the home. Master bedroom was very spacious and the walk-in closet was incredible. Second bedroom was also larger than expected with the semi-private bath. The kids twin bedroom with the desk was perfect for the Spring Break school assignments! Again, living room was bigger than expected. Kitchen/eating area was really the only room I considered a little small considering the potential of the home. Even the study/den had a sleeper sofa so two of the kids did not have to share a room while doing homework. With the rains, we did not get to utilize the yard or patio. The garage was large enough for us to park out 15 passenger van inside so we did not have to load/unload in the rain. Wonderful home, good price...made for a wonderful vacation! Thank you!

Home beautiful with furniture and 4 televisions. Kitchen supplied with basic dishes and cooking equipment. Paper products (towels, napkins, toilet paper), and bath towels supplied for 2 days. Had to supplement them after 2 days.
Home clean except for heating vents, otherwise well maintained. Heating system inconsistent, home owner provided blankets that were used to keep warm when heat fluctuated.
Hot Springs Village does not have road maps of their 25,000 acres that would help the visitor find his/her way through the Village. Gate guards were able to help by writing out directions. -

This was the perfect get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The only negative thing - there were dead centipedes/millipedes all over - nothing alive but shells of lots of dead stuff. So, the pest control works! Everything was beautiful - deck, treeline, etc. We found everything we needed - all the conveniences of home. You should check it out!
