The home was comfortable, well maintained (a few housekeeping shortfalls). We had an electrical problem shortly after arrival and it was attended to immediately and expertly.
Location in the community could not have been better, close to the gate, on the golf course, and amid friendly long time resideent neighbors.
Ammenities were there; however, as this is not strictly a senior community they were not plentiful. Golf is the "activity" for the community and for the visitor it is on the spendy side. For longer stay visitors there are some golf and activity packages available.
Dining is good and is available in the Community or nearby.

We have used Hot Springs Village Rentals many many times and have always had exceptional service. If you rated our satisfaction on a 1 to 10 scale it would always be a 10. On our last rental, 8 matamoroe receives an a in every aspect of what we look for in a rental. Most rentals have a number of these features, but not all. Examples of these are: 1) Living room-newer large screen TV; 2) Kitchen-very well stocked (every rental has been well stocked). 3) Master bedroom-King size-bed (At least half have a queen size bed ). 4) Total house-Internet access or wireless. 8 Matamoroe had all 4. In our opinion, these should be musts for all rentals.
