The house is very well maintained, good furniture, kitchen equipment fine and everything very clean. We liked to stay there. If you are looking for a sunny vacation house is this not the right place, to many trees around.

Totally awesome experience stay in arkansas .This was our second stay and both times the accommodations were beyond our expectations. The atmosphere was relaxing. The house was immaculate. The service from the rental staff was exceptional. We look foward visiting again. We have visited during Hot Springs Rally and stayed 4 days but hope to arrive earlier next year and enjoy the visit longer. Thank you. :-)

We enjoyed the home very much. We have 2 young children and the home is very conveniently laid out for that. The only downfall was there was no way to watch dvd's or vcr movies which would have been nice with little ones. The dvd player was not hooked up and the vcr ate our movie which was an old disney classic which we had to leave there. Another thing that was disappointing was there is no grill. The deck is nice, but there was no grill to cook out. Also there is no tub so my 3 yr old had to sit in a shower stall and be sprayed with a pretty intense shower spray. Not the most relaxing thing. Other than that we loved the home, found it clean and charmingly decorated and it's located close to the front gate, yet it feels completely private in the back.

My wife and two children stayed here for four nights. We absolutely loved it. The views are stunning and the furniture/beds are so comfortable. We loved the beautiful breakfast area. My son became ill our first night there so we were very glad to be in a comfortable home rather than a motel room. The home had everything we would possibly need for an extended stay. It is very close to the main gate which is a huge plus due to the size of Hot Springs Village. Many conveniences are located just outside the gates. We would definitely stay in this home again.

A nice clean neat place to stay close to the main gate. Easy in and out to all the local stuff.
Out of toilet paper in master bedroom, had to look the house over for more. House was freezing when we arrived late Friday. -

Convenient to front gate and walking trails. Nice covered area on deck. Open floor plan. Lots of windows. Comfortable living room furniture. Drawback - chose this house because it had a fireplace. Fireplace was locked and could not open the screen. Had Internet, but not wireless. Wonderful place to spend Thanksgiving holiday.
