Enjoy the peacefulness and serenity of our Luxury Lakefront home set in a secluded cove on beautiful Lake Cortez. If you enjoy the outdoors, you just "cornered the market" when it comes to experiencing the many amenities and activities Hot Springs Village has to offer. Our recently updated home is situated on 78 feet of seawall, has a covered dock with plenty of room to entertain or just relax and read a book. The home features an "Arkansas Room" with plenty of windows for viewing the lake and wildlife activity during inclement weather. Just outside there is an oversized deck complete with a gas grill and seating for 8. Bring your own boat or... experience Lake Cortez first hand paddling one of our 14' kayaks. Lake Cortez is the best fishing lake in the village and is home to bass, crappie, bream, walleye, and catfish. The lake is a ski lake with virtually no boat traffic, even on weekends or holidays. There are over 275 acres of spring fed, sky blue water, and a sandy beach complete with roped off swimming area, grills, picnic tables, and restrooms just a short kayak paddle away.

Should golf be your passion there is no place on the planet offering championship golf courses carrying both national and state rankings, at truly affordable prices. The Village features 8 courses within a 15 minute drive of our property. Isabella, Grenada, and Magellan are our newest courses, and will challenge everyone having a 30 handicap to a scratch. The good news is that tee times are readily available for the times you want to play. Tennis is played on clay and hard surfaces, there is a newly renovated work out facility with indoor swimming and hot tub. Try one of today's fastest growing sports.....pickleball, or compete with the locals in bocce ball or lawn bowling. There's even a family center just minutes away featuring an indoor arcade, outdoor playground, basketball, miniature golf, and tennis.

The home is perfect for family gatherings, special occasions, and golf getaways. The single level floor plan is open with plenty of space outside of the large bedrooms. The living area features a stone fireplace, big screen TV, and plenty of seating. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features a breakfast bar, and the dining area will seat up to 10 guests comfortably. The "Arkansas Room" is a second living area with plenty of seating, a game table, and many books and games for all ages. The home has a split bedroom configuration with the master bedroom having a king bed and its own private oversized bathroom. The second and third bedrooms are on the other side of the house. The second bedroom has a king bed and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. All of the beds are almost new and very comfortable, and each of the bedrooms has its own TV.

There is a 2 car carport, and parking for 2 additional cars on the property. There is off street parking for 4-6 additional cars which is a real advantage compared to other available rentals.

Off Season Rates are from September to May: Price per night - $175 with 2 night minimum. Price per week is $1050. Price per month is $1600 inclusive of utilities. Off Season stays longer than 30 days are negotiable based upon dates desired.
Cleaning Fees: 2 people - $60, 4 people - $90, 5 people or more - $130.

  First off Karen and art will go out of their way to make your stay memorable. They took very good care of us. Our prime objective was to play golf. We went during our "State week", which reduce the green fee dramatically. Art made our Tee times for us and the golf was great. The house was awesome. There was plenty of room for four guys to hang out after a round. In the evenings we would hang out on the huge deck, cook out and have a few refreshments. There is a huge boat dock just below the house where we throughout a worm and chilled. The area is extremely quiet and the courses were not crowded. If you're looking for a relaxing quiet place to play golf, this is it.
