This makes the Lux Estate Villa a perfect private oasis and hideaway, bringing to you dining and entertainment, the Toyota Center, and the BallPark just a short drive, while giving you complete and total privacy on this 7 Acre Estate.

Once in, through the private gated entry, an 8,500 Square Foot Mansion awaits, complete with a private pool and Jacuzzi, bird sanctuary, dreamlike wooden bridge over a ravine, and wooded areas perfect for exploring with the 4-wheelers on property.

This estate comfortably holds up to 500 guests outside the main Villa and additional 500 guests further from the main Villa, with no close by neighbors, which makes it the perfect Villa for events, gatherings and weddings. Parking is never a problem with driveways, and expanded additional parking behind the groundskeeper’s quarters (another 3,600 square foot structure), located separate and apart from the main Villa.

Once inside the mansion, 3- large double master suites with 2 bedrooms each, ranging from 2,200 square feet to 2,600 square feet each with private bathrooms, pool front views, comfortably sleep a family of 8 each or group of 24 when reserving the entire Villa.

  I rented this place for a "Diva Sleepover"! i had about 13 ladies and we had suchanice time at the house. the house is sooo spacious and can accommodate a huge family comfortably. Everyone admired the decor (however the pics on the internet doesnt do anything for the house!). It is well maintained and clean. We didnt use the pool, however if we wanted to we would have been s.o.l. it was very nasty and dirty. The poolside area was ok. I guess that didn't really matter because most of our enjoyment was indoors! Waking up to a fresh country breeze was fantastic! You will enjoy the balconies and the view of the property.
  If you enjoy cooking you will enjoy doing it in the big beautiful kitchen. It has view to the outside of the pool and the rest of the property. Kinda scary at night though! lol.
  The master bedroom downstairs is beautiful. The closet space is def every woman's dream!!
  This home can be used for entertainment in so many different ways.
  The property is not in the city but not too far out from it. It is in a peaceful area and close to stores and restaurants if needed.
  
  During the process Jessica was very tentative and kept me informed of everything along the way.

  While this was not the property i had selected to stay in, die to issues with my selected property i was transfered to this unit. We were decending from the UK, Dallas, Baton Rouge, liberty, and Houston for the holiday. The house became part of the adventure and fun.
  This property is further out from the area of Houston then we would have liked, but is in a very pleasent area. We enjoyed not only the house but Floyd's cajun resturant. The local were pleasent. The grandkids had a blast exploring the house and finding the hidden rooms. The kitchen is a great space for preparing the holiday meals. Finding out which light switches controlled which lights was interesting. We never did find the one for the outside by the front door.
  It would have bern nice to have tie bavkd for the curtains in the family room and master bedroom, and curtains or blinds in the large bedroom upstairs, but that are minor issues. We enjoyed the time there and would highly recommend the property and company
