All refunds within 60 days of check in date must go through the trip cancellation insurance policy provider. Trip Cancellation Insurance is Optional if you are concerned about refunds due to weather, and unforseen circumstances. We do not sell insurance, you must source your own. Accidental Damage Insurance is Available, but does not waive our security deposit requirement.

I called in to thank Jessica and Lux for a great stay. Very good company to deal with, and felt these people cared. The home was well appointed and clean. Enjoyed my privacy and stay with my family. I can vouche that this property is exatcly as described. Nothing more, nothing less. If you are looking for a mansion, this is the wrong property and so would be the price..((lol)).. However, if you are looking for space, comfort, cleanliness, safety and a reasonable price in the city of Houston, I reccommend this for you... Feel free to call or email and ask me...-Glen

Location was outstanding! loved the backyard and would stay here again...didn't think it was as upscale as posted, but still nice! Issues were corrected as soon as reported! Much thanks to the staff!
