I can't find the words to express how amazing and beautiful this home is. Hans was an amazing host whom it was always a pleasure to communicate with. The location of the home is perfect being tucked away in the museum district and Rice Village area. So you get a unique part of Houston, a beautiful place to stay with stunning artwork and a wonderful host.

I booked this Townhome for NBa Allstar weekend. Great location! With all the people in town and all the crazy traffic. I was able to take the streets everywhere and beat all traffic. The home is so cozy and has the best decor ever. I suggest if your looking for a nice, quiet, cozy place to stay during your stay in houston. Book this!

ClevelandAmazing Place and perfect location
Left on 02/03/2013 for a stay in January 2013
We really had a wonderful stay at the Museum House. Hans was there to great us at the arrival and the house was spectacular. The place is even more beautiful than the pictures in the listing. We used the kitchen for breakfast and the counter and dinner at the large glass table. The kitchen had everything we needed. Since the weather was cold we did not use the pool but the outdoors are really beautiful. I walked to all the museums in the area while my husband had business in downtown. Don't miss the live Butterfly Exhibit, also in walking distance. I did not know that Houston had so much to offer and we definitely would like to stay again at the Museum House when we come back to Houston. We were lucky that it was available for our dates. Los AngelesWell worth it - Great Experience!
Left on 09/24/2012 for a stay in September 2012
I had to come to Houston for medical treatment and did not want to stay in a 'blah' hotel room where everything is always the same. . I am so happy that we choose the Museum House. It's contemporary but also warm. It's big but also cozy. Just hard to describe. We just loved to be surrounded by all the original art works and the high ceiling with all the natural light. Although it had a wonderful kitchen, we were more into discovering some wonderful restaurants in the neighborhood. Hans was very helpful with his recommendations and I enjoyed sharing my afternoon coffee with him on the terrace by the pool -
Check in and checkout was easy, the place was spotless and we really appreciated the beautiful welcome basket and personal attention.. We only used the Versace Bed - and it was heaven. We promised to come back and take a swim and use the hot tub during our next stay.
This place is not a cheap rental but a jewel and an experience. It's well worth it and can only highly recommend the Museum House rating: +++.
