New furniture, flat screen HDTV's, surround sound, etc.. Features included: AT&T; U-verse television and WiFi, Air conditioning, Alarm system, Dishwasher, Fireplace, Down Draft Stove Top, New Washer/Dryer in home, Microwave and Parking. Use of community pool during the summer, pavilion, playground and lake view trails for your walking, jogging and biking enjoyment.

I along with three of my colleagues stayed at this beautiful home for 4 nights last week; it worked out great. House location is very convenient to get to Reliant Park where we were attending a conference. The host was very helpful to make sure we were comfortable.

My family and I spent four nights here last summer and will be back for Spring Break! It's a tidy and spacious "real" home. As soon as we walked in we knew we'd hit the jack pot.

This house is beautiful! Very comfortable and I love the large living room. Master bedroom/bathroom is lovely and the backyard is huge. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again. Location is perfect - minutes away from Hobby airport, but the nice and quiet neighborhood makes you feel like you're miles away from all the hustle and bustle of the city. Short drive to t he beach too. I truly felt at home when I was there and would recommend this house to anyone.
