Sunvillas provides 2 Bedroom Suites of 150 sqm with 4 air-conditioners. We can only maintain our low prices by kindly asking our Guests to share the responsibility of the electricity usage as follows:
For stays up to 2 days, we provide 60 free units of electricity per day (extra usage: 7 Baht/Unit).
For stays longer than 2 days, all electricity will be charged at 7 Baht per unit. This will cost you typically from US 5-15 per day depending on your use of air conditioners.

I stayed at Sunvillas during Thailand's festive new year. Our getaway from water splashing festival went very smoothly. We enjoyed the tranquility the place has offered, clean and huge room. Need to be careful about turning aircon on/off because we are not sure if we would be charged at the end of the day. The hotel itself doesn't have a restaurant but have a big set of kitchen. We were informed that there is a local shop food across the hotel where they deliver food to the hotel, we didn't end up using it though, but useful! Also upon arrival we were given a Sheraton discount card for restaurants there and we loved this! Been going to for five times during our stay. What's a joy! I think we will return sometimes later.

De bus stopt voor de deur en kost 20 bath. Een toektoek terug is plm. 200 bath als de bus niet meer rijdt na 19.30 uur. Het is ca. 15 minuten van de nachtmarkt in Hua Hin, waar ook twee prima visrestaurants zijn.

Check-in was prompt and efficiant. Be prepared to leave a cash deposit to cover incidentals. The appartment was furnished to a high standard with excellent decor design. I would happily have moved in to live. The appartment is very spacious, so would be ideal for a large family or group to stay. It has an amazing pool that is claimed to be the longest in Thailand (1.5 KM in length), so great for excercise or relaxing. The beach is a 5 minute walk via the main Sheraton Hotel, so you have great access for eating places and the hotel ammenities. It is more suited to people with their own transport, but taxi's can be arranged easily. I would highly recommend these appartments and will certainly be staying again, excellent!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Sunnvillas. We absolutely loved the room and the incredible pool very much. The room is so huge with plenty of space. The surroundings atmosphere is so quiet and peaceful,very great place to relax. Our family spent times there for 3 days&2 nights and we had such a great room service,only except for a broken toilet sprayer in the bathroom. However, it was not that a big of a deal. Overall, considering the rental was reasonable. If we visit Hua Hin again, we will definitely come back. P.S. We will recommend this condominium to our family and friends.

The condo is huge and spacious for 8 guests, plus additional stop over friends who were in the neighborhood. The pool was great as you could just open the glass door and jump into the pool. If you are looking for the privacy with your own space to chill and relax with your friends and family, this is the place for you.

The accommodation is beautifully located, with a lovely clean swimming pool meandering neveredningly around the spacious apartments. The amount of space in the apartments is extensive, making it a very comnfortable, home away from home - we travelled with our two children and they loved it - the furnishings making it homely for all. The service was attentive and prompt and we enjoyed using the excellent Sheraton facilities with good restaurants, kids club, etc. The location is quiet but very convenient. All in all, thoroughly recommendable - we'll be coming back!

My family had flown down from Germany for a week vacation in Thailand. I had made all the arrangements for the rooms and all the travel arrangement once in Thailand. I had responded to an advertisement on Google for Blue Lagoon Hua Hin. The photos made it look wonderful but I had never been there. I was confident that because the property was listed with Sheraton it had a chance of being nice. Well it was beyond nice, it was amazing. We arrived early so our Villa was not ready but we were put into an empty Villa and allowed to explore the facility. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach. When we checked in we were given discount cards for the Sheraton facility and told we could purchase access to the Spa and Fitness center and utilize their pools for a very nominal fee. The Villa was a 2 bedroom with 2 twins and a king bed which was ideal for the 4 of us. Mom, dad and a 5 year old and Grandad. It was very nicely appointed and we were very comfortable and being able to walk out the patio door and into the pool was great. It was so quiet and restful, we just kicked back and enjoyed the water and the heat. We did not want to leave. The association with and the access to the Sheraton facilities is a huge plus and the breakfast buffet at the Sheraton is a little pricey but with the discount card it made it affordable. Plus the selection was out of this world. I could go on and on but to sum it all up - this was the most restful and wonderful vacation I have ever had. We did not want to leave. Because I did not know the facility I was a bit uneasy but I am now a loyal customer and have already given out the sun villa name to several of my Co-workers.

This is one of our favorite vacation homes. We have 2 children who loved having a pool right out the door. The condo was so comfortable and had everything we needed to have a relaxing time. The rooms were ample and provided everyone enough space to relax and spread out. We spent hours in the pool playing games and enjoying our family time.

We are so lucky to find this place. Sunvillas is not the hotel but the luxurious condominium situated within the same area as Sheraton and Hua Hin Blue Lagoon. Still, it offers the space for a family of 6 like us and we have an accommodation which we look for. Apparently it is difficult to find this kind of place because of the combination of the Hotel, 5 Stars with the usage of the Swimming pool, Fitness Center together with Kids' Club at minimal cost (300 Baht for 2 adults and 2 children). We spend two weeks there and just enjoy the longest pool. The staff is friendly and we really have a great time.

Sunida Kuvanun aka ‘Sunny’
We rented a suite/condo (N7 2B) from Sunida Kuvanun, aka “Sunnyâ€, (who owns a total of 6 suites) for a period of 5 weeks for over $3,000.00 us.
Although very spacious there were several defects:
- Burnt out light bulbs
- No clothes closet in the guest bedroom (my daughter and granddaughter who came for a week ,apart from each other, had to live out of their suitcases
- The hot water heater in the guest bathroom was not working (more on this later)
- There was a ‘sewer’ smell in the guest bathroom and kitchen sink
- The privacy door between the guest bedroom and guest bathroom did not open
- The door to the guest bedroom had no latch
- No proper bedside lighting in the guest bedroom
- The toilet in the guest bathroom leaked (an attempt was made to fix it but it continued to leak)
- The doors to the bathroom in the master bedroom did not close properly
- The sink in the master bedroom leaked (it was fixed)
- The sink in the kitchen had no hot water and you had to wash your dishes in cold water
- No clocks in the unit until I found one in a cupboard and had to replace the battery and hang it on the wall myself.
- There is a VCR but you have to unplug the RCa jacks to the TV and plug in the VCR jacks (could have used an audio/video/game switch to make life easier). I know if I owned the place I wouldn’t want people fooling around in the back of my TV and VCR switching cables.
- Handle missing off one of the kitchen cupboards
- Did not receive our weekly allotment of 1 gallon of water per week until week four and were still short on our allotment
- The Suite boasts a safe, but you have to use your credit card
- The pad on the outdoor sun bed was stained with sun tan oil and no doubt sweat
- The cushions on the sofa in the living room could also use a good cleaning

The resort is called Hua Hin Blue Lagoon Suites, yet it is not in Hua Hin, it is in Cha am.
To get to the Suites from Bangkok is a 2-3 hour drive, depending upon the time of day. Sunny will offer you a deal of 7,000 Baht reduced from 8,000 Baht, return trip by taxi. When I was walking around downtown Hua Hin during my last week there I noticed different taxis offering trips to the Bangkok airport. I inquired at a few of them and was told the round trip would cost 1,500 Baht , and this was even before bargaining. You do the math!!! What a rip off!!! And I paid for my daughters and granddaughters rides in from Bangkok (and return) through Sunny!!! - that’s three trips-.
A final insult was that we were forced to ride back to Bangkok with a young Thai woman who had come to Hua Hin with no money, looking for work. My wife asked if she was paying a third of the fare and got no reply.
The city of Hua Hin is miles south of the resort and to go into town you have to take a taxi (anywhere from 200-400 Baht) each way. If you want to go back to your unit and rest/freshen up and go out again you have to take another taxi. Or, you could take the 20 Baht local bus which comes every half hour.
Once you go out to the highway there’s not much to see or do in this area.
The Sheraton hotel boasts many restaurants, but most of them were never open when we were there.
Sunny will offer you a Star Wood Card for discounted meals at the Sheraton restaurants (for us it was $200.00 us for 5 weeks). Since most of the restaurants were not open and we did not eat there constantly the card was not viable for us and I returned it halfway through (for a $100.00 us refund). You get tired of eating the same thing at the same place all the time.
The 1.5 Km pool at the Suites was fantastic, and I guess because it was a slow time of the year there and hardly anybody was in it.
To use the Infinity Pool at the Sheraton you have to pay a daily fee.
The young Thai girl, Nuk, doing the housekeeping was very nice and tried her hardest. Towels were in very short supply (for a slow time of the year???) and the maid was constantly updating them nearly every day.
Electricity
Electricity in Thailand is very expensive. Our 5 week bill came to close to $600.00 CN . No doubt most of it came from my wife using at least 2 of the 4 air conditioning units 24/7 as she cannot stand too much heat. But, what about the water heater in the guest bathroom that ran warm (not hot) water all the time. I told them about it and the reply was that it was fixed once already and that they probably didn’t do a good job of fixing it. I asked about it again and questioned the fact that if it was on all the time am I paying for the electricity on the defective unit. The answer was, as we were leaving, that they will have it fixed for the new tenants moving in that day!!!
One thing in Sunny’s favour is that she gave us the internet connection for free. Wow! And I mean that sarcastically!
Normally we winter in the southern us and I pay an equivalent amount for the rent of a house or condo –all utilities included-.
I do realize that we were in a different country where their living conditions were not the same as in North america, but, quality for the amount of money paid – not likely!.
When I pay North american prices for a rental I expect North american quality!

Most concerns of guests come to pricing.
The price $3000 is agreed for 2 persons, and later the other 2 adults show up, and we make it for FREE. The room arrangement is only for 2 persons. The price $3000 for a duration of 5 weeks in a 150m2 suite in a 5 Stars surrounding is definitely reasonable (Our normal weekly price is $1000, therefore a special discount had been given due to longer stay). We provide beautiful clean room with cleaning service 2 times a week. Guests mentioned about a gallon of water which cost USD 1per gallon which we gave without thinking, comparing to the USD 2000 discount they received including USD 500 FREE Wi-FI Internet. but it was not our intention not to supply but by mistake, we appologize for the inconvenient
For long stay electricity is excluded.The charge of 7 Baht per unit. Normal charged even a cheap rental apartment in Thailand also charge 7 Baht per unit The consumption is up to the guests. We advised several times how to save on electricity and instead of trying to save, they used in an unusual spoiling way but the way the guests consumption, is up to them and that is the reason that we must charge for it separate.
During the stay, we asked the guest if anything could have improved on his stay and we would appreciate the good reviews, and the answer was positive. We asked for the chance to repair or change what was not in order but we got the answer "never mind". We like to have satisfied customers and receiving good reviews and the answer was positive.
Regarding taxi charge, It is indeed that the public service can be cheaper, yet the hotel provide Toyota Camry at normal hotel rate.
Forgiveness to have the lady drove back with you in the car, it was misunderstood that you accepted her with warm welcome.
Sheraton has different management and we were not inform of their facilities therefore we apologize for the circumstance. I hope the refund did solve it.

I went on vacation with 4 adults and 2 kids to enjoy the longest swimming pool in Thailand (1250 meters). We found the apartment with 150 square meter decorated as a 5 star hotel. It provides sufficient service to have a great time with my family with just 1 minute walk to the Sheraton where we can enjoy all 5 star facility and beach access. The value we got was over our expectations, pay for 2 and managed to get a place for 6. Really recommended to have a good time with your family!
