Monthly rental include no utilities, maid service or internet except local taxes and final cleaning after check-out (but can be bought for nominal fee)

This is a non-smoking unit.
transfer in new private VIP minivan (with DVD player etc) available for 2700THB or a private car 2200THB. It takes about 2,5 hours
For the rentals that do not include internet, it can be purchased for 500THB for 30 days unlimited usage (daily and wekly cards are also available)
terms of payment 30% upon reservation and 70% one month prior to arrival. Payment is done with credit card through Paypal in customers local currency.
Transfer to our Thai bank account, Swedish account or dometic transfer within UK (BACS) or US (US ACH) is also available.
A security deposit of 5.000-15.000 baht (we also accept equal amount in foreign currency notes in case you do not want THB upon your departure) is required to be paid to front desk staff in Thailand when checking in. This will be returned in full on your day of departure if no damage or loss have occurred. The size of the deposit depends on your condo size and length of stay and will be specified in your confirmation voucher.

Perfect condo with good standard, well equipt and a good location in Hua Hin. The staff is really helpful and Navid was an excellent orginizer of our trip to Hua Hin.
If we will go to Hua Hin again we will definitely choose this place! -

Very nice place, rooms decoreted neatly.
Good location ( but take the rooms from swimming pool side - less noise from passing trains).Walking distance to night market. Tuk-tuk 100bht to most locations in the city. To the beach 150-200 bht. Excellent Thai resteurant "I rice" 200m , also try fried bananas (on the same street). Perfect place for the families, You can have all: shopping, good food, beach, but also not too far from National Parks ( we saw wild elephants - that is righ ) I could repeat again, -

From my first contact with Navid , nothing was too much trouble . I booked with only a days notice and chose a single bedroom condo for my stay . A taxi was booked to meet me at Bangkok airport ,and the trip to Hua Hin was seemless.
The condo exceeded my expectations. The location was such that nothing was more than 10 minutes walk, the condo had friendly security on the entrance , who often organised a taxi on the really hot evenings .. The pool was large and I often had it to myself ..
All in all, it was a great stay, in a well equipped condo . It was considerably better value than one of the big hotels and the site was clean and very comfortable ... We arrived at Bangkok after our long flight to find the driver Navid had arranged waiting for us. The minibus was nicely air-conned and whisked us in stressless comfort to Hua Hin.
The apartment was exactly as advertised and pictured, and was clean and nicely cooled, with all the amenities we wanted, and my wife was stunned at the superb quality of the bed linen. The pool at the apartment is great in the morning when it has sun, sunbeds however can be in short supply (but Navid has a solution). In the afternoon the sun is off it, but the pool is perfect for a dip after a day at the beach as it's normally quiet.
Location wise there are some nice eateries a literally a few minutes walk from the apartments iRice is great and Pom the owner so friendly. It is a dinner or drink walking off 10 mins stroll to the night market, or 20 mins to the lively bar/restaurant areas at the sea. You can do it quicker, but your on holiday so whats the rush... right.
We hired a motorbike from Tira Tiraa shop (150 baht pd) and got to explore and found some great places that we wouldn't have found otherwise. It's not as scary as you think and really expands your options, so give it a try.
Hua Hin is a much quieter than Pattaya, Koh Samui or Phuket, so if you want a nice relaxing destination, here you have it. '501 gave us a nice home from home, and Navid can arrange your airport transport meaning it's all stress free the minute you leave the airport.

Hua Hin is indeed a very good option to other more established tourist destinations in Thailand. Because of the kind staying in this town things are more clean and safe which makes it a perfect place for a couple or families with children who are looking for a relaxed destination close to Bangkok. By renting a motorbike you are also able to find all the hidden places in town which do increase your flexibility and travel experience.
The restaurant that you mention is also one of my favorites and I am very happy that they have opened. The area around the complex looks very different compared with two years ago with all the new shops and restaurants and I am certain that this development will continue and further add a value to our customers experience.
Thank you once again for the review and I do hope to be able to welcome you to any of our eight condos in a near future again.

We stayed in apartment 501 at Tira Tiraa May and June this year. Tira Tiraa is a fabulous condo complex, friendly helpful staff, great pool and a central location.
The apartment is excellent and the layout/facilities have been very well thought out. The apartment is at the front of the building with a mountain view. I have also stayed in an apartment on the pool side but personally I prefer the mountain view.
We opted for the gold package and had the room cleaned every other day. The cleaners do a very thorough job.
Gh Travel have been very helpful throughout our stay and I look forward to booking with them again soon.

We have stayed in Hua Hin 5 times now; before in The Sofitel; Hilton and anantara, so we are used to a good standard. This visit we have been travelling around Laos and northern Thailand and wanted somewhere to stay for 10 days at the end of our trip. I looked at villas in Samui and this condo in Hua Hin, deciding on the condo because of value and convenince. I found it on the internet and liaised directly with Navid which gave me the option of finalising the booking at short notice. The booking and check in went very smoothly.
This is our first non hotel holiday since Greece some years ago, so we were a little apprehensive, but I have to say the apartment is lovely, it is bright and airy; good size accommodation with bath and shower, air con, 2 x tv and dvd player; well fitted functional kitchen; balcony and tastefully furnished. There isn't anything more we could wish for; it has been a perfect holiday home. We leave in 2 days and are not looking forward to going home.
It is 2 minutes walk to the night market and 5 minutes walk to the town centre, so ideally located. Before we have stayed in the centre of town and I think probably this is as good or possibly better. I should also mention the pool which is an excellent size; and the staff who are helpful and efficient.
