Weekly Rates are ALL INCLUSIVE rates including local taxes, utilities (Water & Electricity), Internet, and extended maid service every second day.
Monthly rental include no utilities, maid service or internet except local taxes and final cleaning after check-out (but can be bought for nominal fee)
Maid service include:
- Toiletries such as conditioner, Shampoo, shower gel, soap, lotion, cotton pads etc (every 2nd day)
- Drinking water (bottles), coffee, tea, sugar, cream etc (every 2nd day)
- Fresh flowers
- Change of towels, bedsheets, pillow sheet etc (every 4th day)

This is a non-smoking unit.
transfer in new private VIP minivan (with DVD player etc) available for 2700THB or a private car 2200THB. It takes about 2,5 hours
For the rentals that do not include internet, it can be purchased for 500THB for 30 days unlimited usage (daily and wekly cards are also available)
terms of payment 30% upon reservation and 70% one month prior to arrival. Payment is done with credit card through Paypal in customers local currency.
Transfer to our Thai bank account, Swedish account or dometic transfer within UK (BACS) or US (US ACH) is also available.
A security deposit of 5.000-15.000 baht (we also accept equal amount in foreign currency notes in case you do not want THB upon your departure) is required to be paid to front desk staff in Thailand when checking in. This will be returned in full on your day of departure if no damage or loss have occurred. The size of the deposit depends on your condo size and length of stay and will be specified in your confirmation voucher.

nous avons séjourné 10 jours dans l'appartement.
La réservation s'est très bien passée,le propriétaire est hyper réactif et aimable.
Tout ce qui est annoncé est fait (ménage, draps, linge de toilette)
L'appartement est clair, climatisé, propre seule manque une cafetière électrique.
Bien situé dans Hua Hin à 2 pas du marché de jour et du marché de nuit.
Aucun problème de sécurité.

I found this to be a good value accommadation.All of the staff are friendly and helpful.The apartment was well equiped and comfortable.The location has plenty of restaurants nearby.General stores (7/11,Tesco)for food and drinks are close as is a market and night market.There is a large well maintained and inviting swimming pool though at times there is not enough sunbeds.You may get a fright the first couple of times from the noise from the trains which pass nearby but once over that ,this is a good place to relax.

This rental through GH Travel was a blessing. Large one bedroom. Exactly as depicted online. I rented this unit after first renting from another property owner (Diana). Her place was very small and dirty; it was hard to believe it was in the same bldg. Hair in the fridge along with old food, body fluid spots on the sheets, dirty walls. The worst was when her local agent tried to steal additional money from me on the utility deposit. Diana's response was "she must have had a bad day". She then told me to 'get out'. Really?! Fortunately through Homeaway I was able to find this rental and enjoy the remainder of my one month stay in Hua Hin. Highly recommend this unit.

This apartment is well equipped; it is exactly as promised with the pictures; the staff couldn't have been more helpful. This apartment is equipped with superior audio visual entertainment. And the location is perfect for active people - far enough away from the beach so as to avoid the crowds; yet close to restaurants for dine in or takeout; the fresh market; the night market; Atms, the supermarket for dry goods; a local bakery and a Tesco Express and a 711 for fresh juices. We climbed to the lookout point for a great view of all the surroundings, and the staff assisted in scheduling golf which was a most pleasurable activity. The facilities were clean and the pool was particularly inviting after a day of exploration in the heat. We also were most pleased that the facility recycles.

You really couldn't expect a better condo for the money. It is centrally located, and you can walk to the beach in 15 minutes if you fancy the exercise. The furnishings are excellent and the bed is so comfortable. If you don't like train noises at night, then perhaps a poolside condo would be better for you, but we didn't find the train whistles annoying, and we liked the mountain view. Whilst we were there, the co-owners committee changed the cable system, which left a restricted menu, but Navid came up trumps and upgraded the system at no extra charge and we were treated to loads of English speaking channels including movies, some in HD, and all the sports channels showing live premiership games. If you like Dvd's, you can play them on the entertainment system and if you like music, then bring along your mp3s on a memory stick and plug it into the system. Another tip is that the cable system includes music channels, but they are hidden in the menu...just key in 301 and they will appear. One other thing; the laundry on the ground floor near reception is fantastic. The quality is excellent and the price is lower than other laundries in the town...i.e. a blouse or a pair of shorts costs just 12 THB (24p), so you don't have to bring many clothes with you. If you take them down before midday, they are back by 4 p.m. the next day. The cost of water and electricity came to just over 3,600 THB (about £72), and that was reasonable as we spent a lot of time relaxing in the condo with the air-conditioning on. Also the wi-fi is no longer free...but you only have to pay 50 THB (£1) for the month, and that is exceptionally cheap. We would also recommend the gold standard maid service if you are staying a month or more like we did. They come every other day and it is well worth the extra money. Tira Tiraa is definitely the place you want to be as it is so close to all the good restaurants and bars and the night market is just round the corner. All the tuk tuk drivers know where it is, so you don't have to worry about getting back at night. Also, rather than use Tesco-Lotus which is expensive for your shopping, use the local 7-11 nearby for your drinks and snacks, and we would recommend the local bakery if you have a sweet tooth. The local shopkeepers are so helpful and friendly and it had a feel-good factor knowing that you were giving them business. Finally, if you arrive late, then you might have a problem getting the keys to the apartment. Security is 24 hours, but not the reception.

I am sorry about the inconvinience you had with the cable TV. As you did mention the co-owner commitee decided to change the cable tv to a cheaper alternative, but as I do aim for high standard in all my condos I did upgrade all the condos to gold or premium cabe depending on condo size. I definitly think this will add to guest comfort and be a competitive advantage as I am among a very few in the building offering this to my customers free of charge,

A very modern and very clean apartment, with a high standard and all the facilities and services you might need. The location is great. Everything went well and smooth with the renting. Pool is really inviting. And the flowers makes you feel welcome when you arrive.

The condo is well located near night market and has good view to the Hills, all amenities are available for a pleasant stay in Hua Hin. Condo complex has good sized pool and 100 baht tuk tuk to town centre or 15 minute walk. Try local restaurant 'I Rice' highly recommended.
