this truly outstanding corner unit is located in an excellent condominium only three minutes walk from Hua Hin’s famous night market and a ten minute walk to the beach. The unit has an extra corner window win living area with breath taking view of the city with the sea behind it. Furthermore the unit has fully limestone tiled bathroom, walk-in shower, separate bath and shower.

The unit have been immaculately furnished and decorated throughout, incorporating the finest quality products, and has the ambiance of a top quality hotel suite. Everything is provided, and extended maid service is included in the rates offering customers a lit...tle piece of added luxury. The unit incorporates a good sized en-suite bedrooms, a bright living area with wonderful view of the city and the sea and a fully fitted kitchen with all appliances and a dining breakfast bar. There is a LED television in the living area and in bedroom and there is a balcony with city/mountain view.

The condominium is very modern in its concept and h excellent facilities, including a large swimming pool, children's pool, fitness room, sauna, ample parking and 24 hour security. This units offers fantastic value for money and must be experienced.

Maid service is included every 2nd day including (DAILY & WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY):

-Toiletries such as conditioner, shampoo, shower gel, soap, Lotion, cotton pads etc

-Drinking water (bottles), coffee, tea, sugar, cream etc

-Fresh flowers

-Change of towels, bedsheets, pillow sheet etc (every 4th day)

The maid service can be purchased for monthly rentals for a nominal fee

transfer in new private VIP minivan (with DVD player etc) available for 2700THB or a private car 2200THB.

terms of payment 30% upon reservation and 70% one month prior to arrival. Payment is done with credit card through Paypal in customers local currency.

Transfer to our Thai bank account, Swedish account or dometic transfer within UK (BACS) or US (US ACH) is also available.

A security deposit of 5.000-15.000 baht (we also accept equal amount in foreign currency notes in case you do not want THB upon your departure) is required to be paid to front desk staff in Thailand when checking in. This will be returned in full on your day of departure if no damage or loss have occurred. The size of the deposit depends on your condo size and length of stay and will be specified in your confirmation voucher.

  Arrived by bus from Bangkok airport ,great service only 305 bt per person, dropped of at the bus terminal in Hau Hin, got a taxi to the apartment, ( the cost was 400bt, it should have been about 200bt max,, so don't get a taxi from the bus terminal , get one from the road side)
  Apartment complex on first impression was good, nice foyer , the reception male person registered us, but was more interested in the security deposit of 150 euro than explaining anything about the apartment complex. We got to our room on the 8th floor, very nice, good view over the town but limited sea view.
  Apartment very clean, good bathroom, kitchen with everything you need, large fridge freezer, great for storing ice. We bring our own coffee press as these never seem to be supplied.
  Pool area was compact , but not enough sun beds.noticed some people brought their own with them.
  Local area a hive of activity with local kitchens serving excellent food at very cheap prices.
  Nearest good beach was at the Hilton hotel.
  There was no information about the local area in the apartment or how to use tv etc,
  Overall good.

  Relaxing stay

  Very light and airy due to its corner position on the eight (top) floor of the building, with a view of the sea in the distance. Nice breeze in the mornings.
  
  The apartment is bright and modernly furnished, with open-plan lounge and kitchen/diner and compact bedroom with very comfortable bed.
  
  The bathroom is spacious with a separate bath and shower. The kitchen has a nice sized fridge/freezer and has all the basics for making your own breakfast and lunch, if you dont want to go out(toaster, kettle, microwave, hotplates).
  
  Good laundry on-site - reasonably priced and excellent service.
  
  The location of apartment complex is good - three minutes walk to the day market where you can pick up fruit for breakfast and ready-cooked food for lunch. The nearest 7-Eleven is two minutes away.
  The Night Market is about five minutes walk away and approx. ten minutes to the restaurants and bars near the Hilton Hotel.
  
  We did have a couple of minor problems during our stay (we were the first guests to stay at this apartment) but these were dealt with very quickly by the new owners.
  
  We enjoyed our stay here (eleven nights) and would recommend it for couples who want more space and privacy than your average hotel room can offer.
