This beautiful decorated studio is clean and well maintained. The apartment building is located in the centre of Hua Hin. It is the ideal location for singles and couples with or without a baby. With a huge swimmingpool and separate children's pool to relax and the hart of Hua Hin at your front door it is absolutely sure you will have your dream holiday.The studio is decorated with a twin bed, a desk/table, two dining chairs, TV stand with TV and home cinema set and a wardrobe. Functional lightning and mood lighting can be used whatever you prefer. Local art finishes the to European standard luxurious decoration with Thai accents. The kitchen corner is fitted with a sink, fridge with freezer compartment, stove, coffeemaker, kettle, rice cooker, microwave and toaster. In the cabinets cooking ware, tableware, glassware, cutlery, etc. are stored. Bed linen and towels in different sizes are available, ready to use.For storage of your valuables a safe is present.The balcony has a garden set and is fitted with a ceiling mounted fan and sun screen.The condominium building has a huge swimming pool, plenty of sun beds, fitness room and sauna, computer corner, wifi access throughout the building, lounge, parking lot, garden, laundry shop, massage service, 24/7 security and reception desk.Additional services:- cleaning of the apartment during your stay- cleaning of the apartment after departure- change of sheets and laundering sheets and towels- airport transfer - wifi internet access card- taxi / tuktuk call serviceThis studio is located in the center of Hua Hin. Within walking distance (1km) you will find supermarket, restaurants, bars, shops, ATM, etc. The beach is only 700 meters. The famous night market with several excellent restaurants and many stands with nice goodies is only 200 meters distance. The fresh day market is even closer. The supermarket and bakery are also within 200 meter.I don't like to drag but this apartment building is the best place in the centre of town.
