As my first time in Hua Hin it was great to know we were in good hands from the beginning. The service and advice we received upon booking the house and throughout our week long stay was so helpful. The owner is English, however you will find he knows his way around the area, even better than some locals. Best of both worlds: honest advice with no language barrier.
Hua Hin is a lovely alternative to the hustle and bustle of Thailand's bigger cities. You still have the choice of shopping, dining out, discovering Thai culture and taking in the scenery but on a much smaller budget.
After moving around and staying in hotels prior to arriving in Hua Hin, it was so nice to settle in to a place with the comforts of a private pool, laundry, kitchen, large screen TV and year long stunning weather!
We will be back!! and we will definitely be using this holiday house in the future.

The villa is far enough away from the hustle of Hua Hin town centre to remain perfectly quiet but also near enough to get to the many bars and and shops in a few short minutes.The accommodation is spacious, well laid out and spotlessly clean and the all important air conditioning is very efficient.The transfer was quick and well informed and we started to relax immediately on arrival.We really enjoyed our time in Hua Hin and this villa greatly contributed to our enjoyment there, we will be back next year.

We had the best month in Thailand ever regarding our housing.
We have been to Thailand 3 times before, allways at the same hotel, but one month and only having a plasticchair on the balcony was not good.
We found this house at the internet - easy on roombyroom homesite - and was glad to find a house with 3 large bedrooms at we are 3 adult couples travelling together.
The house is well equiped - we bought a coffeemashine - but otherwise everything was in the house.
The outdoor funiture was okay and we had a nice stay. We will surely try to rent it next year as weel. -

Very comfortable Villa, all mod cons. Air con very efficient. The pool was a great bonus, which we greatly enjoyed.Location quiet and peaceful, shops and restaurants within walking distance, as was a taxi service which was useful to us as we didn't fancy a moped. Ideal for a chance to enjoy the sunshine.

We found this property to be everything that we were looking for in order to relax and kick back, the handover was simple and efficient, the accomodation clean and comfortable and very spacious.
The location is very quiet but only minutes from the town and beach by scooter, tuk tuk etc.
We loved it and are planning our return later this year.

It is a very nice house at a very good location, just minutes from the town and very close to the new shopping mall.
3 bedrooms that is sizable, and master bedroom with own bath room, fitted me perfectly.
I will recommend this to all people with kids or traveling with family.
Great place.
