This 2 bedroom villa with private pool is situated in the small thai village of Ban Nhong Yai. The property has a secluded garden with sunloungers and seating area. There is also a gas barbeque with patio area. There is also an outdoor shower. Inside the property is a fully equipped western style kitchen with open plan living area. The living area has ceiling fans and air con, cable tv and dvd along with 42in tv, there is seating for 6 people in the living area and a dining table for 6. We really enjoyed our stay at this villa, it was really peaceful and relaxing. I would recommend this villa to anyone who wants a relaxing holiday in the Thai countryside. Brad & Sonia were very helpful throughout our stay and were there whenever you needed advise! The villa was spacious and clean and the pool was lovely and private. We would definitely stay here again!

The home is in a private development of similar properties hidden behind a traditional thai village approx 3 kms from the beach and local restaurants, shops etc. If my wife wasn't Thai we might still be trying to find it. Once there however, we had no inclination, other than supplies and flights, to leave.
Our own transport was pretty much necessary for stocking up etc, but was otherwise pretty much un-used. The house, and pool area is just so relaxing it seemed a shame to go anywhere else. Expect the odd quirk with the property, offset that with the benefits of the (for example) leaky washing machine, remember the price you've paid, and -If you don't crave night-life, if you just like to relax, you'll love this place. Enjoy. -

All i can say about this place, is if i had the cash i would buy it from the owner !
First class villa with beautiful pool to relax and enjoy your holiday. Everything is near and easy to get to.
A real piece of Thailand away from the smoke of Bangkok and the hustle & bustle of Pattaya or Phuket.
local services to get to town and back are cheap and reliable.
You wont want to leave after staying here and sure to come back on your next holiday.

We really loved our stay in Sharons house. It is away from mainstreem tourism and that was just perpect for us. It is out on the countryside so it is a good idea to rent a car or motorbike so you can get around. We stayed there 3 weeks and we rented a car the whole time and drove around on some tours, but much of the time we just stayed by the pool and enjoyed the total privacy in the house. The neighbours was also very frendly and helpfull. We will higly recommend this place and would like to stay there again.
