Additional notes from owner
20% deposit required on booking Villa and the remaining balance to be paid 6 weeks before arrival. There is a weekly allowance of 350 units of electric per week (50 units per day). On day of arrival the meter will be read and anything over the allowance at end of stay will be charged on the day of leaving the Villa payable to our manageress @ 0.08p per unit cost price.

We have returned home from the villa again. It is still as wonderful as remembered. The bulk of the building is now done on the development, and it is looking lovely. There are several villas there now, but it has all been done very tastefully. The main pool area is lovely and was particulary tranquil and peaceful, if you want to sit in a different location to the villa. We were also able to have a daily maid service which we found very useful. We hired the car from David (owner) which is a wonderful 7 seater, which we were able to travel in very comfortably. We travelled down to the Thai/Burmese border at Dan Sing Korn, an hour and a half south of the villa, it was a different side to thailand and there were lots of beautiful orchids and some very rustic heavy hand made wooden furniture in a local market. it made for a good trip out for the morning. We then use the sat nav supplied with he car and went to a beach restaurant, in Kui Buri (loaded in sat nav), which was wonderful, sand floors and lovely local food and service.
Great villa, great location!
We will return again! -

This is my first visit to Hua Hin and I thank God for finding me this awesome villa for my holiday. It has been such a pleasant stay that me and my family is so reluctant to leave. Kathy has been such a great help when we arrive, making sure all things are in order. Was surprised with the welcome pack, very thoughtful indeed. It's the little things like that that warms our heart and makes us so welcome :)
Renting the car is a must as it's so convenient and makes it easier to explore places of interest in Hua Hin and Cha am.
Love this place, will definately come back again.

I have stayed at this house before and decided to return again with family as it is a fantastically well run holiday home south of Hua Hin. Kathy who helps the owner check guests in and out of the house was there when I arrived and the house was wonderfully clean and welcoming as I had remembered it. I has paid for and arranged a 'welcome pack' with my booking and Kathy had done a wonderful job and even remembered some of the things we like which were already in the fridge! This made the start of our stay very relaxed and we settled in very quickly. I would strongly recommend renting the car with the house as it makes it easier to get out and about quickly. We booked a daily maid service which was very efficient. There is some building work continuing on the complex but this did not affect our stay whatsoever. Will visit this house again in the future because this is a well run house in an amazing development. You will see from my review that I have ticked 'Great' for each part of the review, which is unusual for me! But this is true in this instance for this property.

Thank you for making our stay at your villa so special. Kathy met us at the villa and made sure we were briefed on everything, including the villa guide which we found very useful during our stay.
We loved the vaulted ceiling in the lounge and the floor to ceiling windows. The mobile phone provided for our use in case we needed assistance was really thoughtful. The patio, gardens and infinity swimming pool (all lit at night) were a hit with us and made al fresco dining very enjoyable .
The central pool is superb .. and very big. We made full use of the recommendations for restaurants. Having them all recorded in the satellite navigation system with the car made getting around very easy in an area we had not visited before. We are booking again for next year, and we will be bringing friends ! -

My visit to the villa was organised perfectly, a car was waiting for me on time to pick me up at my hotel in Bangkok and take me directly to the house. I was welcomed wonderfully and shown around the house, and connected to the internet as I need this for work! Please note that those visitors requiring to use 'Outlook Express' many internet providers in Thailand do not support this, as is the one in the house, but there is a Starbucks in the city that does provide. I arranged a daily maid service, and nothing was too much trouble. All in all, a wonderful house, in a wonderful place, but a car is a must, and this can be organsied with the owner direct, in my view the best option.

The villa was well-equipped and provisions exceptionally well-stocked. The owner David and local caretaker Kathy (Oum) were helpful and always prompt to communicate.There is a folder full of detailed information of things that are available in the villa/how they work and recommendations of nearby restaurants and attractions. The location, although in a safe and peaceful neighbourhood with a beautiful national park as a back drop, is quite isolated and thus would suit guests who are more willing to drive.

Während 3 Wochen haben wir die schöne Villa genossen. Sie ist grosszügig eingerichtet inkl. Tv/dvd, und sämtlicher Komfort.Schöner Pool, grandiose aussicht zum Meer.Schöner Garten mit vielen Blumen und Orchideen.
Ein kleiner Badestrand ist ca. 2 km entfernt. Im Umkreis von ca. 10Km gibt es verschiedene sehr gute "lokale" Restaurants direkt am Meer.
Wir haben die Ruhe in The Placid gefunden und genossen und werden bestimmt wiedermal dort Urlaub machen.

Wonderful Villa!
One of the best our short holiday in Huahin I have ever had.Villa 15mn. from city center but worth it to stay for relaxing your mind and soul.That was a 3 bed rooms pool villa and the interior design was gorgeous with beatiful scenery and the infinity pool was lush!The first impression of us when we stepped into the villa was"wow!" stylish design and classy decoration...will highly recommend to my other frinds or a newly wed to have a superb honeymoon!..Thumb up!!

What a lovely place to stay! The villa, located in a quiet, semi-rural situation really does provide a relaxing place to unwind. Decor is neutral and sophisticated, and the villa is well equipped with everything we needed. The pool is beautifully maintained and there is always the option of using the larger pool in the centre of Panorama if you really wanted to put in some lengths. The outdoor sala provides a lovely spot to eat breakfast and other meals. However, we mostly ate out in the evening as the food was delicious and inexpensive. The list of restaurants recommended by the owners is really helpful. There is also a local restaurant that will deliver to the villa which we tried - excellent service and food. When on holiday we like to support local people so used the little shop just down from the site for eggs, water and ice creams, and local stalls for fresh pineapples. (Also easy access to supermarkets in Hua Hin)
The only slight drawback is that you really do need a car, but that's the trade off for the peaceful location.
What we liked best? Relaxation and comfort in an attractive setting, plus the great local food. Trips to the Royal Palace north of Hua Hin and the national and forest parks to the south. -

'We had an awesome stay at your Villa. What a great spot and a beautiful place to stay. Everything went well. There were no standout problems. Beds very comfy. Villa just lovely. Loved the GPS. Our favourite restaurant Coco51. Absolutely adored the local beach, would love to be there right now. Really need to rave about your friend Nong, what a great masseuse Fixed my shoulder and what a good person. The kids loved the pool toys and the Wii - thanks!
My son Tim would have loved to have wireless internet. (Kids are so spoilt these days) ..now installed
We would recommend your Villa to everyone. We absolutely loved it and loved Thailand. Thank you so much for all your help and patience. The car, the transfers to and from, all the little thoughtful inclusions in the Villa made our stay our best holiday yet (and not just because the teenagers stayed home)'

We have been lucky enough to visit this villa on three occasions, and from the first time it surpassed expectations. We had someone meet us at the villa to show us the amenities and to hand over the keys to the car we rented with the villa, It is very well built in a modern balinese style with large windows and a high ceiling in the main lounge area. All rooms are decorated to a high standard and stylishly furnished, bathrooms are nicely fitted, with a large jacuzzi/spa bath in the ensuite to master bed.
The outside has a sunbathing deck, sala for shade and a lovely refreshing pool, surrounded by lush landscaped vegetation, all making for a lovely place to relax.
My husband plays golf and found you are well placed to visit all of Hua Hin's golf clubs. One is approx 5 mins drive away, has been recently refurbed, and is very cost effective. There is a set of clubs in the villa for use.
We often travel to the coast at prachap kiri kan for an evening meal, its approx 15 - 20 mins away, the restuarants are local and delicious, especially baan had, near the evason, just behind the windy bar.
Hua Hin is buzzing rural town with plenty going on as well as having several good sea food restaurants, and some international hotels. You can buy fruit and veg close to the villa and there is a small shop selling many essentials nearby too, but for all other goods there is a large well stocked Tesco in town.
We love Thailand and the Thai way, but had always used hotels, until we tried the villa experience. Having a pool to yourselves, not having to stick to a timeslot for breakfast etc. we feel has made it all the more special.

I had the pleasure to stay here October 2009. What a fantastic place! The location is perfect!!! Hua Hin is Thailand at it's best! No wonder it's the place the Thai king takes his holiday's.
The villa is tastfully decorated and in keeping with the right style. The facilties were all there - In fact it felt like staying at a hotel without staying at a hotel. With a superb secluded beach within walking distance and the town centre a short drive away - I couldn't have picked a better location. I would recommend this to anyone who'd like to experience Thailand without having the confines and stipulations of a hotel. Thank you David, I'll be back again. -

We have stayed in this stunning and exceptionally appointed villa twice, which is unusual for us as we
prefer to stay in different locations and accommodation., We had a wonderful holiday on both occasions., enjoyed revisiting our favourite restaurants and places the second time.
Loved the pool especially our early morning dip before a breakfast of wonderful fresh fruit bought locally
Transport is essential as there are no local shops or restaurants, we found the owners 4 by 4 comfortable and just right for the area. The villa has 24 hour security so no worries on that score.
Hua Hin has a buzz, especially the night market, there are plenty of restaurants to suit all tastes, although
we prefer to stick to Thai food. There is even a Tesco for all your needs. Try the local market for a unique experience.
Our favourite area for authentic food was Pak Nam Pram about a 20 min drive from the Villa, no need to worry about traffic. There is an unspoilt local beach about 5 mins away where for the price of a drink you can have the use of a deck chair and brolly.
There is a National Park about 20 mins away for a taste of Thai countryside, also several unspoilt bays along the coast .
There are plenty of golf courses to choose from , also a lovely Vineyard to enjoy lunch and sample
the wine.

Beautiful views, stunning scenery, lovely beaches, friendly locals and delicious restaurants all near by. So many places to visit.
