Description
The 3 bedroom villa has 2 en-suite bedrooms and one smaller bedroom with a bunk bed and office desk. The bunk bed can easily be set up as two single beds.The villa is situated a few minutes walk away of restaurants, a motor bike renting shop and a Thai Boxing gym. In addition to the shared pool the villa has an outdoor gas BBQ, WiFi, TV, a full kitchen including cooker,dishwasher and microwave and all three bathrooms have showers.
The patio area has now been extended and is now well lit at night and ideal for BBQs with outdoor tables and chairs. There is a shaded area, and also a large sumbrella.
There are 3 bicycles available for use and within 15 minutes you can be relaxing on the beach or eating at one of the many superb international restaurants Hua Hin has.
Besides it's beach Hua Hin provides the highest density of world class golf courses anywhere in Thailand while it's yet virtually undiscovered as an international Golf destination. Today's visitor to Hua Hin will still sense this special atmosphere and old world charm. The oldest and most traditional Thai resort combines the attractions of a modern holiday destination with the charm and fascination of a still active fishing port. And while most other Thai holiday destinations cater mainly to foreign tourists, Hua Hin is a holiday resort for foreigners and Thais.
There are leisure activities for the whole family from watersports to golf. The area around the town let's you discover fabulous parks and peaks, caves and waterfalls. In the evening the winding roads with a great variety of shops make a great stroll. And the restaurants built on stilts into the sea offer superb seafood in the legendary and unsurpassed preparation of the Thai cuisine.

Response from the owner Unfortunately, I was unaware this review was written and therefore have not responded to it until now. This review was written on the date of arrival and as it shows that the guests were not happy with the house. I could dispute most of what was written, but I do accept that the check in was not as smooth as it could have been. A new maid was cleaning that day, and although the couple checking the guests into the house said the house was clean, and there were sheets on all beds, it was not as clean as I would expect. I was not in the country at the time, and actually travelling when the guests tried to reach me. Upon arriving, 6 hours later I was in contact with the guests and arranged for the cleaner to come back the next day, and every other day. I remained in constant contact and responded almost immediately to any further emails. When the guests left they were happy and it is my understanding that they enjoyed their stay. I have asked them to remove or edit their review to show a more accurate reflection of their stay, but I have not heard back. At the end of their stay I apologised for the less than smooth check in, and offered them a complimentary stay in the future.
