I think it's the perfect penthouse in a top location. The view of the Pacific is amazing. You have everything you need, even WI FI in the penthouse and the pool area. The main living area is spatious, the kitchen is well equipped, and the patio is great for enjoying the gorgeous view. It is very close to the beach that has nice sand, and is very clean, quiet and safe.
If you want to go out, you can take a taxi for only a few bucks. There are a lot of nice restaurants in the area.
The owner is very friendly and prompt.
All in all, we loved staying in this condo. -

Great location, clean and spatious condo. Very well maintained with all you need inside and great view of the ocean from the balcony. Close to many beautiful beaches, farmers markets, restaurants and shopping.
Can't wait to go back!
