Imagine vacationing above the tropical jungle of the Huatulco National Park, within walking distance of amazing beaches and the eclectic town of La Crucecita. At the Huatulco Hilltop Villa your neighbors are Parrots and Eagles, Ceibas and Orchid, pineapples and mangoes. This is the place for those who love nature and breezes from the sea.

Your vacation rental includes four large bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, kitchen, rooftop social and dining area, mini-pool, hilltop Croquet.and panoramic views.

The Master bedroom has a king bed and bathroom with both shower and jetted bathtub. Your second large bedroom has two queen be...ds and bathroom with shower. These two bedrooms open to rooftop terrace with mini-pool and dining area. The third bedroom has two queen beds and a flat screen TV with satellite.

Cora the Chef.and housekeeper will cook for you if you like.

I am owner, Robert Beels, retired airline pilot and tour operator. I moved down from Florida in 2006. I am available when I can be helpful. I spend my time reading in my third floor apartment above the villa, or riding my bike. If you get up early you may see me watering the gardens.

You will be within minutes of several beaches, La Crucecita village, dozens of restaurants, Copalita Archelogical Park & Museum, Huatulco Ecological Park y mucho mas!

CROQUET or Golf Putting course! On top of the hill behind the villa is a ocean view croquet course where you can play croquet or practice golf putting while enjoying the panoramic view of ocean and forest.

HILLTOP OCEAN-VIEW DINING in the shade of a 100 year old giant cactus tree. You can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner on your terrace or on the hilltop picnic table. Ocean views and breezes from the sea are included.Read more

Additional Location Information

Parkland surrounds the Villa. You have access to a lovely ocean-view hilltop clearing in the park, behind the villa.

Rental cars and limos are available at the airport. Rental bikes, scooters and cars may be found in town. Taxis are inexpensive. A taxi from the villa to the town of La Crucecita is only 25 pesos, (about $2 US.). For those who enjoy walking, there is a landscaped walking path.

Additional notes from owner

Complimentary breakfast on your first morning. On following mornings Chef Cora will prepare breakfasts to order @ $5. per adult or $3 per child age 12 or under. There are good restaurants on the beach and on Parque Central in town.

Other meals available at economical rates also. Chef Cora will shop for you, or you can shop for yourselves at our big new supermarket, or at fish markets or specialty shops.

Our room rates are so low that a single person or one couple seeking seeking seclusion could have the villa to himself or to themselves. The villa is wonderful for families. Children love the hilltop croquet course / playground and the mini-pool.

  Quiet, near to the Chahue beach, near the sopping store and top hill the amazing view of pacific ocean. good value for what we paid.
