This is our favorite place to vacation! We come to this villa every year! It's our home away from home - literally!
Palmas Del Mar is the best resort in Puerto Rico.
Crescent Cove is the best ocean-front villas in Palmas Del Mar.
Crescent Cove 11 is our favorite villa of all!
We have tried many Caribbean islands over the years and we love Puerto Rico the best.
We have tried other resorts in Puerto Rico and we love Palmas Del Mar the best.
We tried other villas in Crescent Cove and we love #11 the best of all.
Why? We love the proximity of a beautiful Caribbean ocean that we can see and hear from the villa. Crescent Cove has the best proximity and views of the ocean, beach and palm trees we have ever seen! We love that the decks and master bedroom overlook the beach and that you can see and hear the waves, even at night! The top deck is open to the sky and the stars and moon are brilliant! We love to sit on the deck at night, over looking the ocean with the moon and stars over head!
During the day we relax on the beach, swim in the wonderfully warm Caribbean waters, play golf or tennis, and finish with a great dinner at one of the resort restaurants.
We love scuba diving and deep sea fishing. You can snorkel right off the beach too!
We've flown to the islands off shore!
We go to Old San Juan for duty free shopping every trip!
We hike in the rain forest whenever we bring friends.
And when all is said and done, we just enjoy Rest & Relaxation listening to the ocean.
We love to relax on the beach and swim in the ocean, just steps from the villa. We can go back and forth from the villa to the beach for food & drinks whenever we need to. We love to swim in the pool in the evening. We love to walk on the beach and watch the sun rise, or go at night and see the moon shimmering over the ocean! It's our home away from home because its just a 3-hour flight from Northeast us, and an easy drive from the San Juan airport.
Vacation at this villa, you will love it!

Eric Swider and his group do a great job of making your trip a pleasure. They are so responsive to whatever your question is . I would highly recommend using them to book your stay in Puerto Rico. It is such a beautiful place with wonderful views and great restaurants and close to many attractions.
