The villa was not properly prepared for new guests. There were a swarm of ants in the area immediately outside the unit. The inside was not cleaned properly. A dead lizard in the bathroom likely attracted numerous flies that took some 3 days to clear. There were no instructions as how to use the TV so we missed watching the superbowl. Things were finally resolved but without comnpensation for the terrible conditions. The location was great if you enjoy being close to the sea.

I would be very grateful for a personal contact from this guest. I am more than suprised to hear about this review. This villa was recently upgraded 100%, including all new bathroom, granite counter tops, fresh paint and it sits right on the beach. The TV has a standard on and off button. It is a flat screen, brand new. We have a staff 12 hours a day and do not recall being asked how to turn on the TV. We normally have excellent reviews on this property and I would like to see what we can do to make this better.

Seating in the porch at 271 seen the waves and hearing the ocean few yards from you, to me was going in the right direction to heavenward..
people was verry nice, the service in the office was profecional and willing to help you..
