Palmas del Mar was one of my favorite place to have a vacation. Unfortunately, the last time I have to say : "was not the best". there was no problem with the reservation at the begining, including the personal attention and instructions we received from the people in the lobby where we got the keys of the villa. When we got there, the villa was totally uncleaned, dirty towels on the bathroom floors, and so was the kitchen. Inside the refrigerator were remains of food from the party before, the rooms were uncleaned too. The beds weren't made and the bathrooms dirty. In this situation we called the office and they sent janitors to clean the place. Although they were fast to be at the villa, we had to wait until they finished to bring our stuffs from the car. Another thing was the last two days when, at the first floor of that building was a terrible noise of people gathering around the villa late at night. It was like 3 or 4 families having a party.

We certainly apologize for the inconvenience . The front desk staff issued the keys before we completed the check-in/check out service. There was a family that just left and the staff was trying to be helpful by giving the keys early. I am glad to hear that we resolved the issue quickly. We have a great staff and this is traditionally one of our best homes. I hope you will not allow a late check in to deter you from allowing us a second chance to serve you better!

We had a good experiece, Palmas del Mar is a fun, relaxing place to stay if you are looking for easy beach access, fun at the pool, and golf.
The condo was nice, with all the things you need for the stay. Bath and beach towels, kitchen things for cooking, beach chairs, laundry machines, great views of ocean and golf courses...etc.
We stayed with my husband, me, our kids (5 & 7) and my mother-in-law and had plenty of space.
We had a problem with the a/C the first day or two but they fixed it. I would ask the agency to make sure they turn on the air a day before you arrive because the heat in Puerto Rico and the concrete construction turned the condo into a oven and I think the a/C needed a fully day of running until it could catch up with the heat.
