Palmas Del Mar is a closed beach community. Has great Golf, Tenis and restaurants. The apartment is great! Two full beadrooms, recently painted and refurbished. Nice view to the beach and over looking the fairway. Beach is just a 2 minute walk! The main room is in the second floor and the children room is in the first floor. Just the right amount of privacy!. Has flat panel Tv's, WiFi internet, surround sound. Original art works hangs in the walls! Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter-tops. the apartment has a third room that can also be rented, for a total of three bedrooms/three baths!
