First off, we did have a nice time, the resort was beautiful, well kept and clean. Our rental, although nice and certainly not a disaster, was disappointing. The studio was fair in cleanliness. I felt the bed and general living space was clean however the unit could have used a deep clean. I bet there was 10 year old dust in there. I enjoy cleanliness at home and did not like staying in a dirtier place than home on vacation. Also the kitchen was poorly equipped. Only small pans, althogh we purchased a larger one and left it. Appliances were old and loud but in good working condition. I believe for the money I had a little more in mind. Also, later I found the same rental listed for $5 less a night. I am pretty thrifty so this too left a bad impression. Overall, I would say the place was average.

I am sorry to hear about the cleanliness concerns as our staff works very hard to keep our villas clean I am grateful for the comments on the condition of the Villa as we strive to have homeowners keep their villas in top condition. I apologize for the price difference and am not certain how there was a $5 difference as we are the only ones marketing the VIlla but we will check into this. I hope the $5.00 a night will not be a deterrent from giving us a second chance.

My wife and I recently spent a weekend at Palmas del Mar in Humacao, PR, and we thoroughly loved it. Our accommodations were terrific, the views were awesome, and the grounds were immaculate. Our condo was welcoming and cozy, the bed was comfortable, and we loved it. We can't wait until we can return for another weekend get-away. We highly recommend it.
