- Damage deposit - $0 / stay - Security Deposit - Reservation Deposit: $500 due at time of booking to hold dates. Security Deposit: $800 in total is required. Therefore, an additional $300 is due with the rental payment, one month prior to arrival. The $800 security deposit is fully refundable within 10 days of departure pending terms of rental agreement are met.

My wife and I had a great weekend getaway here back in September - house was perfect and just as advertised
Sits right on a small lake/pond just a short drive from the base lodge and plenty of restaurants in Hunter and Tannersville
The house has a good stock of games, which is great for groups, the house is very well maintained and comfortable.
The owners were great - definitely recommend and we hope to be back -

We spoke with Joann early into our travel plans, and she was very helpful with suggesting things to do, going over all of the information found on the listing, and sending us extra tips and such before our trip. We traveled as five couples and one single, and everyone thought the house and the bedrooms were quite comfortable. Hot water was plentiful. Extra blankets and videos were appreciated, as well as the condiments, some of which we used! We all loved hanging out on the deck and in the cozy living room when it rained. Our trip to Hunter Mountain ski area was less than a mile-we could have walked. The ski lift ride (off season-no snow) was a wonderful showcase of fall foliage, and excursions to the waterfall and Woodstock were a breeze. What a great weekend we had. As the other reviewer stated, do not hesitate on this one.

Working with the owners was a real breeze. Came up with the family. It was a very family friendly place. Great layout upstairs for eating and lounging. Everything looks new!Great location for hiking. Hunter Mountain within walking distance from the home. Kayaks for use on pond across the street, which was fun! Short ride in car to Tannersville. Lots of great eating/drinking holes. Don't hesitate to rent this home!
