I rented this studio in July for an entire month and I could not have been happier. I had my 15 year old son with me and he was very happy too.
The studio is on the top floor which gets a lovely breeze. It has a high vaulted ceiling which makes the space feel much larger. It is very private so you can leave the sliding door and curtains open and no one can really see you. The cute kitchen has all the amenities, and the closet space and in-studio washer/dryer is great. It has a very spacious balcony with a table and chairs for dining or reading. It is sooo quiet there! Apparently people don't talk on their patios which was fine because it is a rather high density complex. It is just down the elevator to the nice pool, jacuzzi and workout room. There is even a sauna.The crowd there are primarily young single professionals, or young marrieds with no children, Even around the pool was quiet with quite a few people there one day. The complex is large and spread out. Some residents jog inside the gated complex. There was security visibly around practically every time I went out so I felt very safe. It has underground parking so your car stays cleaner. Daniella (owner) is on top of everything responding immediately to any questions. etc. I walked to the beach from the studio (approx 1/2 mile), then jogged along the beach! Awesome!!! I plan to come back!
