This property is marketed well. Everything met or exceeded our expectations. It was a perfect location for our use of Pineview Resevoir, including the very short walk to the beach. The onsite access to swimming pool and tennis courts were a great perk. The condo is well furnished and supplied and is in excellent conidition. It was perfect space for our two families. We hope to be back next year.

Condo was phenomenal. Clean, comfortable, better than advertised. Fair price and a great value. The skiing was stellar at Snowbasin and will have to come back and check out powder mountain. This is not the place for nightlife! If what you want is quiet and great skiing and scenery this is the place for you. Valin was very helpful and has great knowledge of the area. I will rent from her again!

The unit was a great fit for our retreat we had several women come for an overnighter. We had a great tIme. We had Plenty of room. Valin the owner was such a pleasure to work with. She is amazing.

We had a very good time with all of our family members at Valin Miraker. It was a good brake time for every one. Spending time at the lake, swimming, and travel around the area.
Able to cook good meals right there on site.

My wife and I and 2 baby boys stayed a full week in this condo and I must say I was completely blown away with everything it had to offer! I truly felt right at home and on vacation! Usually after a week away from home I needed a vacation away from the vacation and staying here and it's location lakeside was truly the get away that recharges you! This condo has everything and then some...if you bring anything other than a change of clothes and a few groceries you've brought more than you'll need here! We would do it all over again and again!!!

We have stayed at Valin's Condo twice now. We have three kids. My parents came with us as well. It is a perfect location if you want to ski Snowbasin. The unit has many upgrades and is very comfortable. The beds and pillows are fantastic. Valin was great to work with. We had a fantastic experience and would recomend it to anyone.

We stayed at Valin's Lakeside condo in September and had a wonderful time. Valin is awesome to work with, very accommodating, attentive, and helpful. She was always available for any questions we might have had. Her condo is lovely, spacious, and well furnished. One of our favorite features of the condo is the large balcony off the family room, with plenty of seating for all of us. We also enjoyed the two family rooms, which was great for the kids have movie time. The floor plan provided ample space for our two small families to enjoy our stay. The condo location overlooks the campground, and is close to the lawn and paths that lead to the lake. We had a great time and would recommend this property for anyone who is interested in a relaxing, quiet vacation away from it all. Thanks, again, Valin!

We are a family of 4 from Finland who stayed at this condo for one week in early March 2010. This was one of our favourite places we have ever stayed at and we would not hesitate to rent the same place again if we would come back to the US for skiing. The condo was much bigger than we actually needed so we had lots of room, and it was very clean and comfortable. Valin, the owner, was helpful and easy to deal with and was able to give us good recommendations for all the services we needed while in the area (including reastaurants, hire of ski equipment, shopping, etc.).
Out of 5 skiing resorts which we tried out in Utah during a total of 10 days of skiing (including Alta, Snowbird, Solitude, Snowbasin and Powder Mountain) all 4 of us rated Snowbasin the highest and this condo is really the most convenient location to stay at if you want to ski at Snobasin.
To summarize: there was nothing at all that we disliked about this place so we can only give the highest rating for it.

This condo near Snowbasin is pretty perfect. We just returned from a week's stay - two families, both with teenage boys. We've stayed in the Lakeside townhouse resort several times before, and this was definitely one of our top experiences. The furnishings are high quality, including a great dining room table and really nice linens. There are two large living areas, and the kitchen is large as well. The owners and their caretakers couldn't have been nicer. We highly recommend it for a Snowbasin or Ogden area vacation.

We have stayed in dozens of condos all over the country, and this is by far the best condo we've ever stayed at. The Beds were comfortable, the condo was immaculate, the furniture was very nice, the hot tub was the best! We will stay there every year from now on!

We had two families stay in this beautiful condo. Each set of parents had their own private retreat, and there were plenty of beds and privacy for the 5 young adults that accompanied us. The kitchen is gourmet (I would like to take it home), the beds are heavenly soft, and the location to Snowbasin couldn't be better. It took us only minutes to get over Trappers Loop, where we could easily access the ski resorts in the Salt Lake area. Everyone enjoyed the oversized hot tub just outside the back door, and the gaming system in the downstairs area kept my two boys happy. We'll be back, definately. We also noticed that this condo is on a reservoir, and we plan on returning to try out the jet skiing in the summer.
