This custom residence boasts 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths and over 4,700 square feet of living and playing space just an hour from salt lake int`l airport! located within a private community overlooking pineview lake, this home is just 10 minutes from snowbasin can accommodate three families, or 12 adults comfortably and more by doubling up on the two queen sleeper sofas or on the four full size bunks.

The enormous great room is framed in massive timbers with over-sized windows from which to enjoy the north-western views of Ben Lomond and Willard peaks. the kitchen is truly gourmet, with knotty alder cabinetry, hardwood flooring, top-of-the-li...ne stainless appliances including two ovens, side-by-side refrigerator and convection/microwave. a large island allows everyone in the party to feel a part of the culinary experience, yet leave elbow room for the chef. the casual dining area is flanked by windows.

The living room features an enormous l- shaped sofa configuration, with rich upholstered seating and leather trim, with a generous supply of throw pillows to maximize comfort while watching the big screen hdtv with satellite high-def programming/recorder, blu-ray player and surround sound, two comfy leather lazy-boy recliners and gas log fireplace. the king master suite is generously sized, with seating/reading nook and private access to a deck. the ensuite bath offers oversized, dual shower heads with travertine tiles and euro glass, his and her vanities and a large soaking jetted tub.

Downstairs, there`s an enormous game room with billiards table, air hockey, 60 inch TV with an Xbox360, card table, full wet bar/kitchenette and fireplace. there`s also two master suites, one with a king size bed and the other with a queen and terrific bunk room with two full size bunk beds. and of course, after a day on the slopes, you can choose from soaking in the private hot tub or relaxing in the sauna, or both!

The fully equipped office with pc, printer/fax/copier, domestic long distance phone service is included and wifi offers the ultimate convenience when you have to check in back at the office. a fully outfitted laundry room makes longer stays inviting. 30 day (+) rental.
