The View Villa consists of 3 fully furnished and air conditioned apartments. Each apartment has its own kitchen equipped with appliances and bathroom with shower. The villa has a wide terrace (70 sq. m. ) with a private garden (750 sq. m.) offering a large swimming pool and a barbecue corner. It also has a roof terrace (40 sq. m.)

Services include a laundry corner and linen changing (twice weekly). The View Villa can be rented as separate apartments or as a full villa.

Roof apartment:

100 sq. m. 2 large bedrooms with king size beds, a living room, a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen including oven, cofee maker..., toster, tea kettle, kitchen utensils. TV with satellite channels. 2 air-condition units. Washing machine and clothes iron. Terrace (40 sq. m. ) with sea view and pool view. *

Max capacity:4 persons. A folding bed available for the 5th person at extra charge (10 euros per person per night)

First floor apartment:

140 sq. m. , 3 bedrooms (1 king size bed and 2 twin bedrooms), a living room with sea view and pool view , a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen including oven, cofee maker, toster, tea kettle, kitchen utensils. TV with satellite channels, 3 air-condition units.*

Max capacity : 6 persons. Folding beds available for 2 extra persons upon request at extra charge (10 euros per person per night)

Ground floor apartment:

140 sq. m, 3 bedrooms (1 king size bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 with a bunk bed), a living room with pool view, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen including oven, cofee maker, toster, tea kettle, kitchen utensils. 3 air-condition units. TV with satellite channels, big terrace (70 sq m)

Additional Location Information

When your coming from Cairo, after passing El Gouna, you will see Palmbeach hotel on your left, the villa is the second one on your right. When coming from downtown Hurghada, it will be the 2nd last villa on your left.

The View Villa is only a ten minute drive away from downtown Hurghada, as well as from El Gouna, from the Marina, from the larger resorts, the great restaurants and the walking street which is famous for its little shops.

Additional notes from owner

Price includes :
- Laundry service available in laundry corner including soap + softener.
- Fresh bed linen every week.
- Changing towels twice a week during the stay.
- One pool towel per stay.
- Electricity and water.

  Well with hesitation me and a group of 12 friends booked this villa.
  All I can say is wow, exactly what you see in the pictures is exactly how the villa is. Absolutely a high standard villa. Fully furnished to a very high standard.
  Set over 3 floors, each having there own facilities this was a villa to die for.
  The swimming pool was emaculate and the garden was a pleasure to relax in. Very quiet area.
  Security 24 hours and so pleasant and helpful far and beyond, if you need anythig just ask and they will be more than happy to help you. They really make the stay even more pleasurable.
  Only 10 minutes by taxi to downtown Hurghada and the Marina nothing to far away and definately nothing to complain about.
  Really this is such a beautiful villa set in a up and coming area but so peaceful and tranquil, away from the noise of downtown bars and clubs but short enough distance if you want to go and explore.
  The view from the roof terrace was picture perfect.
  The only complaint i can make about this holiday was that the holiday was not long enough and I would definately recommend the villa to anyone and I cant wait to go back again.

  A great apartment, a real diamond in the rough

  This place may initially be hard to find, but once you get there you will find it wonderfully comfortable. My family and I (partner and two small kids) had a great trip to Hurghada staying at View Villa over the Eid long weekend. The pool is fabulous, perfect for kids, and beautifully lit at night (don't forget the mosquito repellent). We stayed in the ground floor apartment and were very comfortable - lots of space and very well renovated. The beach is some distance away, but you can easily while away a day sitting by the pool. Would highly recommend this apartment, and the great help we got from owner Mohammed, and Saeed and Turkey during our stay. We will be back!

  I enjoyed an excellent stay here at The View Villa. All I needed was a sunny, quiet and comfortable week, away from my cold and cloudy Belgium hometown. In this comfortable and nicely furnished roofapartement I found all I needed for a splendid relaxing holiday on my own; sunshine and beautiful stary skies, peace and quiet, and all this in a tastefull and comfortable setting. View on the Red Sea at the north side and south on the desert mountains. Perfect alternative if you want to stay far from the artificial and noisy tourist resorts.
