NEAR GOLF COURSE/BEACH.

Welcome in our summer house in the beautiful Danish sea area Limfjorden - a VERY quiet area.

The house is for rent for holy days or week-ends.

It is good for families. We have 6 beds in 3 bedrooms and in special occasions could be made 8 sleeping places.

The house is situated in the nice harbor village Hvalpsund in North Jutland - 500 metes from the beach at the sea Limfjorden. At the beach is a nice sand beach good for swimming and bathing. From the habour there is a ferry boat every ½ hour to the other side Sundsore in the area called Salling.

About the house:

The house is 103 m² and has 3 sleeping rooms, a big living room, kitchen and bathroom. Two of the sleeping rooms has a double bed and the 3rd one has 2 beds. The heating is electrical (air to air) and wood-bourning stove heating. The house is build in 1966 but build for several laps. Last time i 2003 and renovated in 2017.

Living room: Wireless internet, TV (Boxer-TV - mainly Danish programs and by sattelite some english programs)

Kitchen: Cooker hood, fridge, freezer, oven, micro oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric boiler, stirrer

Various: Washing machine, dryer, Vacuum cleaner, air-condition, changing table and week-end bed (baby)

Outdoors: Terrace, Barbecue, garden furniture, carport, 2 (old) bicycles, sand box on the ground and common children's play ground (50m), common foot ball field (50 m.).

Any wheelchair users have access through the outside door directly to the living room. From here there is access to kitchen, bathroom and 1 sleeping room at the living room, where all the doors are 81 cm wide. Access to the entrance hall and the last 2 rooms is not possible with a wheelchair.

THE BEACH There are 500 meters to the beach. A better beach with sand beach and jetty located just before the port (1 Km) HIKING TRAILS Hvalpsund is on Lounshalvøen (peninsula) and a big part of the peninsula is a protected nature. There are five marked hiking routes every 5-6 km is highly recommended. Blue route starts just behind the playground or from the beach. The routes can be found at a map in the house.

Loved the house, the area and people. Spacious, comfortable and well stocked. Close to the shore, excellent walking trails, the marina was awesome and a great ice cream shop close by.
