The house (built 1986, completely renovated and newly equipped in the last years) is situated in the centre of Hvar on the small St. Marko square, surrounded by historical buildings and a church/museum.
Only a few steps will bring you to the historic wonderful main square of Hvar. The subtropical
garden of the house is a favorite motive for photographers.

The isle of Hvar and Hvar town itself is one of the most often visited destinations in Croatia.
The island of Hvar is positioned as one of the 10 most interesting islands in the world.
You can expect to be in a vibrant small city with lots of historic content, you will find fine beaches arround the city itself and on the nearby small islands with high recreation factor, but the city offers too excellent restaurants, bars, night life and events during the season.
Many celebrities are often guests in Hvar because of the very special athmosphere of the harbour and the city.

The. Studio was of a high standard and would also enjoy staying there out of high season to make more use of the relaxing and well equipped studio. The location was fab walking directly out onto some great restaurants. You are moments away from the harbour and square with all their charm.
Our hosts were fantastic, informative, and non intrusive. They went beyond their remit by finding a left item and returning it.

The apartment is in the center of the old town.
We enjoyed the nice garden and the possibilty to have a bbq.
The only thing that should be clear is that Hvar is the Ibiza of Croatia and the sound of music is presnt even in the middle of the night. -

Erika and Mirko were excellent hosts. They have an organized guide book of Hvar, which was very helpful. Mirko gave us many recommendations in person - including where to hike, islands to visit, how to get around, where to eat, etc. He even let us borrow a back pack for a day hike. The studio was clean, organized, and more than enough space for two people. The patio is surrounded with beautiful flowers, with a narrow view of the water. There is a nice table on the patio, which is private and relaxing. The location is great. Everything is within easy walking distance. The downside of being so close is that the music from nearby bars/restaurants can be heard late at night. We had a white noise machine, which was helpful in drowning out some of the noise. We were also able to close the widows and use the air conditioning, which also helped with the noise. That was the only downside. Everything else was wonderful!

First of all, thanks to Mirko and Erika for their kindness: our holiday was great (even if I had a little health problem!!)!! the central location was perfect to visit and stay in Hvar also because the apartment was excellent! we stayed at home...maybe better!! We really hope to visit it again and we recommend this apartment to everyone!! Thank you again Mirko and Erika...

This apartment has the best location ever if you're looking to go out at night. Otherwise it might get a bit loud with all the bars nearby.
But the apartment itself is the best, has all the comfort you could expect, and even more: wireless internet, dishwasher, bbq, ipod station, cable TV, clean sheets and towels... It's the best for a vacation with friends! -

This is the third time we rent apartments Erika Kovacic, Hvar, Croatia. If it had been up to us, it would have been the fourth, and it will definitely not be the last. Nice apartments, perfect location, nice owners. The only thing we miss is air-conditioning in the small bedroom instead of the dining-room. Or honestly, back home, all we miss is - Hvar!

tolle Lage des Haus, mitten in der Fußgängerzone, wenige Meter zu den Bootsanlegestellen. Am Abend etwas lauter, aber durch sehr gute Fenster und der vorhandenen Klimaanlage kein Problem. Nette Gastfamilie die auch gerne Tipps gibt damit der Urlaub noch angenehmer wird.

A clean and very well equipped apartment for a comfortable stay in the City of Hvar. The house is situated close to the harbour where you will find a small bakery and lots of shops. The only drawback is the noise level and smell in the evening from a neighboring restaurant.

Very well appointed appartment right in the centre of Hvar town.
Only minor quibbles - there is no wireless Internet connection - only via ethernet eable
at night in summer you need to shut the windows and put air con on if you want to sleep between 2030 and 0230 due to clubs open nearby which are noisy.
This is a shame as the appartment is naturally cool and air con is not required if windows are open.

I would highly recommend this apartment. Its well situated, cozy, and has all the amenities you will need. The only real drawback is the noise level in the evening from a neighboring restaurant, but if you close the windows and use the apartment's fan you shouldn't have a major problem.

Great location just behind the main harbour 2 mins walk to main square, less than 5 form the ferry drop off.
