The apartment are ideally located in Town Hvar on the island Hvar-Croatia,and are just located about 2 minutes’ walk away from St. Stephen’s Square (center).
Distance to the beach is approx. 10 min walk, and 5 min walk to Hvar Town’s harbor.
The apartment is very comfortable (79 m2 large), situated on the first floor, it is surrounded with green vegetation garden with the set for sitting and barbecue, a shady balcony with table and chairs. Consist of two bedrooms (double-bed each), two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room with satellite TV. Each room is air conditioned.

We stayed in Hvar Town and absolutely loved it. Hvar Town is beautiful with its large square, little cobbled streets and stunning harbour. The views from the harbour are gorgeous and the sea is crystal clear. The rocky beaches made a pleasant change to sand, but make sure you bring beach/surf shoes. The people in Hvar are relaxed and friendly and there are lots of of lovely restaurants. Although you get a lot of young people on the island, and the town is quite busy, the night life is quite relaxed. We stayed in apartments Edi which is beautifully located near the square and Cathedral. We had a wonderful time and were well looked after by the lovely Joki and her family. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped and conveniently near everything in Hvar Town. This was our first holiday in Croatia and we would definitely go back.

Myself and my friends stayed at apartment Edi for 4 nights in July (2012) and we had a fantastic time. The apartment is 2 mins away from the centre of hvar, great view from the balcony, and Yoki and her family really make you feel welcome here. The apartment has a real homely feel to it, is a really decent size for 3 to 5 people with full kitchen and dining area, 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms one on-suite. Yoki had beers chilling in the fridge on our arrival as well as fruit and home made grape juice! Great location, owners and facilities...would definitely stay again!!

We stayed for 5 days in Edi apartments and would recommend this to anybody coming to visit Hvar. The apartment was clean and tidy, good and basic cooking facilities. Wifi was a great bonus. The bedrooms were clean, modern and comfortable and the ensuite shower in one room was great. Both rooms have balconys facing the town and at the back there is a huge terrrace where we had breakfast and incredible bbqs. Location is number 1, and is only a five minute walk from the town centre yet far enough for peace and quiet.
The owners Joki and Edi were unbelievably good to us. They really did make our stay that much more enjoyable and we hope to return again soon. -

Better place is difficult to find. It is better than our friends that had to walk up a hill and stairs to come to their apartment for almost the same value. We had everything we needed and if there was any problems or questions edi took care of it. We were welcomed with a clean apartment, few treats for arrival and a lovely relaxing stay at the apartments. At night Edi took us out to party and introduced us to his friends.
Free internet, nice back yard with a grill and relaxing lounge furniture. Also a nice balcony on the other side with view of the fortress. Beautiful at sunset!!! So worth staying there just for that!
Close to everything, easy to get to, helpful hosts. Could not ask for more! If you want to travel to Croatia make sure you see Hvar and stay at EDI apartments! You will not want to leave and you will be planning your next trip there even before you leave! -

Had a 2 night stay recently with Joki and her family in a 2 br apartment. We were met at the port on arrival and it is only a short walk to Edi apartments. Very comfortable apartment with a big balcony - no view of the water but has district views. Joki had a nice bottle of red, flowers and nibbles for us on arrival as were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. Joki helped with anything we needed and the free internet sure beats some of the bigger hotels that make you pay. Reasonably priced and a 2 minute walk to all the action in town.

This rental is part of a local familys home, which is quite normal in Hvar. When you get in there its almost like your own little house. Good bathroom, kitchen and bedroom, all large and spacious. All mod cons are there, really is a great little place. Only gripes would be there was no holder for the shower head so you had to hold it by hand. Also the outside of the house could do with a little bit of work but these are minor quibbles.
The family that live in the house are super friendly and helpful. The mother of the house even washed my clothes when I enquired about a laundrette. They couldnt be nicer or more helpful, very very nice people.
Hvar is a nice quaint little place. We went there expecting to party for a few days but we missed the season, it was September when we got there and it was quite quiet. So we had to change tact from a partying 4 days to chilling out, which we did to great effect.
Hvar is a great place to rent some mopeds or a car and do some exploring. Plenty of nice places to eat and drink. We also did a day cruise to blue cave and a nearby Island which was great fun. The water is Croatia is crystal clear blue. Had a great stay in Hvar and Croatia in general. -

Doesn't have a sea view but the location is great. Superb Location 2-3 minutes walk from the center of town. Good accomodations for the budget minded traveler(s). The family that owns the apartments are good people. Only small thing is to take quick hot showers and wish they had more towels. The only reason why I gave service 4 stars is because their family member just pasted and was preoccupied with the funeral and wake planning.

3 friends and I booked apartment Edi for our summer holiday in Hvar. I found Joki and Edi to be of great help even before we had landed in Split with our queries regarding currency and transport times. Following our arrival in Split from London we missed our ferry due to delays and Joki was wonderful in going out of her way to arrange for her husband to come and pick us up from our location.
On arrival, we found the flat to be clean, spacious, fully furnished with a lovely balcony. It was in walking distance from the nightlife and daytime activities yet far enough to be away from noise. Joki helped us with directions, sightseeing information and even provided us with a traditional Croatian dish.
A wonderful apartment to stay at an extremely reasonable price with such kindness from Joki and her family. Thank you so much we will be back next year. -

This flat is in a superb location,right next to Hvar's main square!It was extremely clean and functional with 2 double bedrooms tastefully decorated,a balcony,air-conditioning and 2 bathrooms- 1 including a power shower and the other one with a bath.The owners of the flat were also very helpful,accommodating and hospitable and came to pick us up on our arrival to the port and took us back too.We would certainly recommend this flat to anyone wanting to have a relaxing time and be in the centre of the buzzing city but still away from the noise.We hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The apartman itself is clean, comfortable, had everything I needed. You can smell lavander around the place, it's really peaceful, you can use their backyard for rest. The owners are extremely nice, helpful, and I ate the best fish ever there. :))

I stayed at Edi's apartment five years ago when I was touring the islands with my boyfriend and we came back the following year during our honeymoon.The main reason for this was hospitality,kindness and generosity of this friendly and helpful family.
The accommodation they offer met my husband's high standards.It is clean,modern,spacious and it offers you a homelike atmosphere; not to mention its location in a central but peaceful area of the town.Its ideal for young tourists because they would have a nice young man-Edi as a guide who could show them the best places for night life in Hvar ( and believe me, he knows them all).
For these and lots of other reasons, I would warmly recommend you this apartment which is the place where you would certainly wish to keep coming back! -

If you are looking for a stay in Hvar EDI apartment is the only choice.
The location is excellent, just one minute from the Hvar's famous central square, so for your entire vacation you can leave the keys of your car in your room. The apartments are really nice, with all comforts and the family who owns the apartments is really great, hospitable and helpful. Thanks to them you will feel at home and you will leave a piece of your heart at Hvar.
The only thing I can say is: EDI apartment is the only choice for a marvellous and unforgettable stay in Hvar. -

This year I will spend my holidays at Edi Apartment for the thrid time.
We are always taking the apartment for 5 persons. It had two rooms, two bathrooms (one shower with shower masseur), a kitchen, a balkony and a garden with a beautiful view. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Although it's located near to the center it's very quiet.
The hosts are a very kind and helpful family.
So I can really recommend Edi Apartment on Hvar. -

The family who owns the apartments are really hospitable and helpful. They will go out of their way to assist the guest with whatever they need.
The apartment was spacious an clean equipped with all I needed. There is a kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom. Free wireless is also very nice feature + if you have no computer, they will give you a laptop to use during the stay.
Definitely excellent value for money.
No need to think about transportation while in Hvar. Apartments are so close to historical town center and the sea, one can relax and get to all the relevant places on foot.
