I rented a double room this summer . The room was clean and spacious, it had air conditioned, own bathroom and terrace. I would rate the room similar to a 3 star hotel. The only minus was the fact that nobody cleaned the room or changed the sheets during our 4 nights stay.
I appreciated the hospitality of the owner ( she welcomed us with a bottle of home made wine and introduced us to the local attractions and hot spots) and the location - 200 meters closed to the nearest beach. I would warmly recommend it for couples and families.
