The room is situated on the southern part of the house. There is a bathroom with the bathtub next to the room. The room has also a balcony with the stunning sea view overlooking the Pakleni islands. Outside the room there is a small kitchen and a refrigerator to share with 2 other rooms on the same floor. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, plates, glasses and silverware.

The house overlooks the sea. Its only 300 mt. away from the nearest beach and the old town. About 20 min. walking from the house there are tennis courts and diving center. Our neighbor rents scooters,small boats and speedboats. Our offer consists of rooms, double and triple rooms and suites. Each room has its own bathroom and a balcony, and free use of the common mini-kitchen. Apartments feature one (studio) or two bedrooms. The apartments have fully equipped kitchens. Two bedroom apartments with two bathrooms and balconies. Single with balconies and terraces have air conditioning. In the house there is the possibility of connecting to the Internet via a wireless connection. Next to the house is a private covered parking area for cars. Above the house is a sheltered area with a magnificent view of the town of Hvar channel and all the islands in front island. There is a summer kitchen equipped with all facilities and a fireplace and bread oven, a bar and a massive wooden tables where one can accommodate up to 20 people.
