This spot was fantastic when all you want to do is relax and take it easy. I loved walking down to the private beach and walking out on the jetty. When I wanted to check out the busier beaches, I found it to be in reasonable walking distance to Craigville beach right up the street. Plus, when I wanted to go to catch up with friends on Main street it was cheap cab ride away. The neighborhood is so peaceful and it's great experience. I definitely plan on going back this summer.

Very comfortable house half way between Hyannis and Falmouth. Loved Dowses Beach! The nicest beach on Cape Cod. Landlords were very professional. Quiet family neighborhood terrific for walking, biking, and running. Outstanding restaurants in this part of the Cape. Public golf course nearby.

We had a fabulous family vacation in this quaint Cape Cod cottage. Even though the cottage is in a quiet neighborhood it is nestled in the woods to make you feel you are all alone. The deck was a great place to enjoy the evenings, cooking or watching the stars. There was easy access to the beach and shopping area. Osterville has a lovely down town for shopping, eating and strolling.

I had a wonderful vacation here. The layout was perfect and it was great that everything was on one floor so we didn't have to worry about the kids. Great big back yard allowed for us to play games and the decks made for some wonderful Cape Cod evening barbecues. The quiet neighborhood was perfect for morning walks or bike rides. It was only a ten minute drive to one of Cape Cod's greatest beaches - Dowses - and only a five minute drive to Osterville village - the quintessential Cape Cod experience.
It's a great deal for a Cape summer rental, especially in this quaint town of Osterville. My family and I would definitely stay here again.
