18th-century, masterfully restored mansion with a pool and private walled gardens. Kriezis offers full privacy without obstructing the breathtaking, 360-degree sea and island vistas. This elegant mansion boasts 5 double bedrooms and one twin, all with their own marble finished bathrooms, two dining areas (one outdoors), two sitting rooms, dressing room, large kitchen (modern and fully equipped), rooftop terrace, and lounging areas. The interiors are a perfectly balanced combination of authentic architectural features and modern amenities, making this house the perfect option for your elegant and comfortable, bona fide Greek island experience. The house also includes a baby grand piano, a safe in each room, yoga mats and free Wifi.
Kriezis mansion straddles the Kamini hillside of the historical and cosmopolitan town of Hydra, and is a 20 min walk from the main port up the charming polished town alleyways.This location provides the mansion with stunning views and no one over-looking you. Local grocery shops are 5 mins as are some of the most romantic and chic restaurants. The house is perfect for families (although the house is not child-proofed), small weddings, well-being retreats, business retreats, and honeymoons.
Our rates vary during the year and the low and mid-season rates are open to negotiation. Rates stay the same regardless of the amount of guests (up to 10) and also include: a house-keeper six mornings a week, gardening/pool maintenance, a pre-arrival shopping list concierge service, and a donkey pick up for your bags at the port. The rates do not include the air-con or the central heating in the winter months.
A private chef and child-care is also available on request.
