The Chicago brick circular driveway, conveniently appointed with an electric gate for security and privacy, creates an elegant Old World atmosphere, which continues throughout the five-bedroom, five and a half bathroom residence. Meticulous attention to detail is shown in fine appointments including high shine marble throughout the first floor, Venetian plaster finishes, a custom stone fireplace allowing you to enjoy either natural wood or the convenience of gas fire, premium wood flooring on the second floor and rich mahogany hurricane proof doors and windows throughout.
A baronial arched entry presents the 2-story grand Foyer with a stunning 23 foot diameter cupola, with an Onyx medallion and polished marble flooring, which continues throughout this level. An ornate ironwork balustrade accents the majestic Navona marble staircase. A wrought iron door opens to the wine cellar, which will hold your favorite wines. A private entrance will permit you to reach a fully appointed apartment located on the second floor above the spacious three car garage. You will be able to enjoy its beautiful appointments such as exquisite precious wood flooring, coffered ceilings, a convenient kitchenette, two wrought iron balconies, and private bath.

I think it is important to really explain the closeness of the bridge construction. It is 300 ft not 3000 ft away...and very, very, very noisy so someone renting should understand that Otherwise the house and location was fabulous for us. - Julie S., Florida, USA

Family of 10 - 6 adults and 4 kids shared a beautiful house on Hypoluxo Island. The location right on the Intercoastal was fantastic. The house was spacious and comfortable and the kids said it was the best vacation ever. We did some deep sea fishing, golifing, and took in the Lion Safari park. Weather was mid to high 70\'s all week and not a drop of rain. Walking distance to great restaurants and the beach.
