This large Ibiza villa is perfect for holidays and summer living. Situated on the outskirts of Ibiza Town, near the village of San Jordi, the grandeur of this two floor Villa is really impressive. With five bedrooms (three with double beds and two with twins) and the option of a sixth (twin) bedroom if required. There is air conditioning throughout all bedrooms. The villa is set to sleep 10 people however can be made to sleep 12. Please note there is a 10% charge per person for the 11th and 12th person.

This villa is located less than 5 minutes drive (or 20 minutes walk) to Playa den Bossa, one of Ibiza's main drawcards. Playa den Bossa has a beautiful, family friendly beach, as well as many bars and restaurants. If you are interested in Ibiza's clubbing lifestyle, some of the island's best clubs are located here included Space and Ushuaia.
Alternatively, Ibiza Town is just five minutes drive away and here you will find the historic Old Town, known locally as Dalt Vila, great shopping, the trendy Marina Botafoch area as well as public transport links to Ibiza's other major resorts.
If you are just after supplies or don't want to venture out too far in the evening for a drink or bite to eat, a large Mercadona supermarket is five minutes walk from the villa of the San Jordi village is two minutes drive away.
The convenient location of this villa makes it a top choice for those who don't want to travel too far to reach some of Ibiza's best attractions, while still having their own private base to chill out in, away from it all.

This villa operates on a minimum one week, Saturday to Saturday only basis.
We always request a cash security deposit of 1000 euro be brought on arrival. This is then returned to you on your departure day, provided the villa is left undamaged.
We require 50% deposit to be paid at time of booking to secure the villa. The remaining 50% is due on arrival in Cash Euros. Please get in touch for more details on booking this villa.
