A beautiful, large villa set in the hills of Ibiza Town, overlooking Salinas and Formentera. Within minutes to Ibiza Town and Playa den Bossa.

Walking into the spacious villa, you enter a large lounge area. The beautiful wooden ceiling beams add a touch of traditional Spain. To the left is the modern kitchen, well equipped to cater for larger groups. Table and chairs here provide intimacy for catching up while preparing a meal, or a good place for casual breakfasts. There are also comfortable sofas where you can chill out as well.

The villa has seven bedrooms all together. There are four bedrooms on this ground level; two double... bedrooms and two twin bedrooms. The double bedroom opens onto the outdoor terrace and has a large en-suite bathroom with wet room. This bedroom has air conditioning as does one of the twin bedrooms. There is also a large bathroom on the ground floor.

Upstairs, there is a double bedroom with it's own private balcony overlooking the garden as well as the southern part of the island. A bathroom is located next door for their use. Further along the hallway you enter another large open plan lounge area. The lounge area has a plasma satellite television complete with DVD player and stereo. Patio doors open onto the terrace. Table and chairs are located on the terrace for your use where early risers can catch the morning sunrise! There are a few sun loungers here for those wishing to catch the last of the rays in the afternoon.

Off from the lounge is a library and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine and fridge, and it is ideal for keeping drinks cold close to your bedroom rather than heading downstairs. There are two further bedrooms here, one twin bedroom and a single bedroom.

Heading outside into the tropical gardens, it is easy to see just how large the area is in which you have all to yourselves. With large terrace surrounding the swimming pool and comfortable sun loungers, views overlooking Salinas and Formentera and an outside dining area complete with enclosed BBQ area. There is also a fridge here where you can keep drinks cool to prevent you from walking too far! There are various chill out areas outside, some with shelter, others where you can soak up the sunshine.

All in all this is a beautiful Ibiza holiday villa for you to relax and unwind in with either family or a large group of friends. Minutes away from Ibiza Town and Playa den Bossa.

Additional Location Information

This villa is located 10 minutes walk from the large Mercadona Supermarket near San Jordi which is very convenient for supplies. The village of San Jordi, with cafes, bars and restaurants as well as a bank, chemist and supermarket is less than three minutes drive away. Ibiza Town and Playa den Bossa are both within five minutes drive/taxi ride. There is also a bus stop near the villa with regular buses into Ibiza Town, from where you can then catch buses to all major resorts around Ibiza. This villa is very well located to take advantage of Ibiza's best attractions. Should you wish to hire a car, there is space for up to three vehicles to park within the villa grounds.

This villa operates on a minimum one week, Saturday to Saturday only basis.
We always request a cash security deposit of 1000 euro be brought on arrival. This is then returned to you on your departure day, provided the villa is left undamaged.
We require 50% deposit to be paid at time of booking to secure the villa. The remaining 50% is due on arrival in Cash Euros. Please get in touch for more details on booking this villa.
