Great cottage for two. With a more comfortable mattress and firewood provided, I would have given it an overall 5.

San Diego, Ca.A delightful, cozy getaway.
Left on 12/23/2010 for a stay in November 2010
My wife and I and our 9 year old grandson spent a 4 day Thanksgiving weekend in Idyllmeir cabin. Idyllmeir is a very cozy and comfortable small cabin. The free standing fireplace keeps the entire cabin warm. We were visited by local wildlife including a racoon, a coyote, lots of grey squirrels, Stellars Jays, and ravens. There's not much storage space in the cabin so be prepared to live out of a suitcase. The cabin is on a quiet street not far from town. We had a great time.

San Diego, CAIt was very quiet

It was very quiet which is exactly what we wanted. The views were very nice and the place itself was very well done. We really liked the antiquity of the pieces and yet it was comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone.
Thank you. -

Nice place, great town, fresh smell of pines and crisp mountain air. Love the cabin. Only improvements I would like to see is a bit less surface decorating to allow for more places to put stuff - keys, cameras, personal items and a few more hooks, closets, or drawers to put away some clothes. Will still plan another visit though.

no hot water the first morning we were there called and maintenance person was to come in the afternoon person at desk suggested we check out water heater so we did and took care of situation, knob was in vaca mode I think this should've been taken care of before we got there, maybe some instructions should be given for fireplace (stove), and some billing issues first we were told everything was paid in full then we got a call that it wasn't so the charged our card again haven't checked credit card statement to see if this info was accurate and was told by Jim they they weren't going to charge cleaning fee because it was their mistake but then got email later and it said they were going to charge cleaning fee. So i dont know if the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing or what. Anyway thank you we did have a good time i'm just not sure we will be going thru this agency again

The Service was good, but I did all the foot work...
Got on vrbo and was linked to Quite Creek Inn
The location was Beautiful and Quite....Love it..
The best was the location and the least was the cabin....It had too many Nick Nack and was to small
for three people to enjoy....Small tv.....But the view from upstairs window was great..
Thanks for the girls weekend away....
