Nice little place to stay. Heat was a bit of a problem...too hot or cold...hard to adjust.
Would be nice to to provide coffee filters and garbage bags.
Great place to stay in Idyllwild
Great place, great value, great service
Great place to stay in Idyllwild. Will definitely try to book here again whenever I return. The managers of Quiet Creek Inn also manage a number of cabins in town for private owners. The cabin we stayed in was great: roomy, comfortable, and with a great location. On-line pics represented the actual property fairly. There was some construction going on in front of the cabin we originally reserved for. Jim, the manager, called a few days in advance to give us a choice of a similar cabin or a discount at the same cabin. Just what one would always hope for in these situations.
Only downside to the cabin was that the cleanliness was a little bit off. It was reasonably clean inside (an occasional cobweb, but generally clean), but the outdoor space had not been cleaned/swept recently. An outdoor deck with patio furniture was very unappealing for use given the amount of dirt and leaves. Not hugely upsetting given our plans, but could use some work. Overall, still a very nice place to stay.
The place was neat and clean. Everything you could expect was done and our stay was as enjoyable as ever. I highly recommend this place - and the Quiet Creek Inn in general for staying in Idyllwild. The Gallery is a must visit.
