Left on 07/12/2012 for a stay in June 2012
The "Castlebrook" property was perfect for young children. We had three moms with five young kids stay here in June. There is a creek right behind the house that we spent hours exploring and a new community park a few houses up. There is a dirt path along Stawberry Creek that leads to the town. We visited the Idylwild Nature Center and hiked the Ernie Maxwell trail while we were there. The weather was perfect and the house had air conditioning that we used once. The home is 4 leveled so we took a few tension gates to keep the kids contained. The staff was really helpful, we called in one afternoon about a door and within minutes there were there to check and fix it.
