We rented the Fundin cabin last weekend and I just want to say thank you for making our weekend stay absolutely incredible.
I rented from your rental agency for many reasons: (1) the owners of other cabins were not getting back to me timely, (2) I could book all of my accommodations online without any hassle and (3) you provide early check in and late check out for an absolutely reasonable charge and no hassle. Amazing... Then when we got to your rental office about 45 minutes early, we expected to have to wait until check in time.
Nope - your office staff greeted us with a huge smile, had our packet waiting for us all nice and neat, asked us if we had any questions and sent us on our way within 45 seconds...what amazing customer service.
We talked about the whole excellent experience that all the way to the cabin.
Then we got to the cabin...what a beautiful and clean property. It was over the top clean, well equipped with anything we could possibly want, and had beautiful views.
Thank you for making our weekend one of the most memorable and relaxing weekends just by going out of your way a little extra for your renters.
Everything was fantastic and we are already planning our next rental through you.
