Salem, ORWonderful, quiet week in the woods

We rented this cabin and it was just perfect for our needs. Very beautiful area, private, all the conveniences we needed to be comfortable. Not too far from restaurants and other stores for necessities. It was quite difficult to find at first and getting in and out was "interesting" but I just decided if I wanted a private, quiet place in the woods, getting to it might be as challenging as being there is wonderful.

We loved Zen Zoo, and would come back.
Pluses:
-- awesome large porch for coffee in the morning and dinner at night
-- close access (walk from the house) access to several hiking/running trails!
-- nice feel with high ceilings
-- quiet, private neighborhood
Minuses:
-- downstairs bedroom had limited window coverings
Overall, great stay and a fun weekend!
