The sea-side is 200 m. away with blue-green crystal water along the wide coast. The maisonette is part of a private complex , developed as a summer settlement with private parking and orientated borders that provide a safe and quiet destination.In walking distance there are a bakery and a coffee-shop.
The distance from the nearest town of Ierissos is just 5 km.It is a lively town located in the third leg of Halkidiki and provides the visitor with many facilities like bars & restaurants with local food, supermarkets,shops and many more.
Ierissos can be reached by public bus from Thessaloniki or Kavala, both cities host international airports and frequent bus lines.

We had an excellent time in Dimitris beach maisonette. The place is exactly as shown in the pictures clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, cooking and BBQ. The place has a garden with umbrellas, chairs and a big table, where you can have your coffee and relax. Dimitris was very friendly and easy going. As we arrived in different times from my friends he offered to pick them up from the bus stop with his car and he had a lot of suggestion for good local food and day trips in the nearby area. The beach was very clean and big enough that you could also enjoy a nice swim without being overcrowded. Overall a great experience and a host would recommend it to everyone who is thinking a trip to Halkidiki.

Dimitris beach maisonette in Ierissos is really good equipped, comfortable, and well located.With its own private garden with bbq is something we needed for our relaxed summer stay in Halkidiki,Greece. Best is if you are with a car, than you can access many unspoilt beaches in the peninsula.Dimitris was really helpfull by providing us with many tips and hints considering the wider area of Halkidiki.My and my friends had a really nice time during our vacation in Ierissos.
